We went into the Farnborough store to buy an intercom replacement for an old failed unit (so no help needed there), and to browse jackets. The team were just about perfect; a welcoming hello, left us to browse, friendly check that we were OK, and gave advice when needed. Declan managed the perfect blend of us knowing he was there to help, but not hovering and pressuring us. Really couldn't have asked for more. But then, at the till, found out that the jacket we were buying was actually on sale pricing, so £100 cheaper than the price label and far less than we expected to pay! Definitely worth supporting the local branches rather than buying online when they are as good as this - you can't try on loads of different things from a web browser.

Excellent customer service, while at NEC bike show we bought 2 helmets with intercoms. The assistant who served us, Henry was extremely helpful.

Ordered some rst adventure trousers Delivered very quickly quality of the trousers and packaging was fine turned out to be the wrong size Returns was easy as there was a returns label in the box and refund has been processed all in all good experience and will use them again

Terrible Customer Service. I would leave zero if I could. I ordered a product and was contacted by parcel force with a delivery date, I waited in all day (a days holiday) for it to arrive. I contacted Parcel Force to be told the wrong address had been put on the package. I then contacted Infinity who admitted the blunder and I was told they would send another right away, then received an email saying they had no stock they will send as soon as they have stock. I replied asking if they can arrange a Saturday delivery as I work during the week and I had wasted a days holiday waiting in for the first order. They said I had to pay a further £12 for this, when I complained and said I am not happy with this and asked for a refund, their customer advisor Jack just said ok we will refund you. Where is the customer “Good Will”

Have bought a bunch of accessories from Infinity over the last few years, always found them to have good prices and shipping has always been fast and fairly priced. Good selection of products, happy customer!

Customer Service Worse than Shocking. If you value your sanity avoid this company at all costs. The customer service, or lack of it, is simply worse than useless. They ignore emails, ignore phone calls and ignore every bit of attempted correspondence when something goes wrong.

I just wanted to give Infinity Motorcycles 5* for their excellent service. Boots were ordered one day and received the next, very impressive. Thank you I will recommend them to others.

Infinity uses Parcel Force and they never leave items at my front door overthought I leave in a block of flats with a security door ! Every time I buy from Infinity I have to go to the nearest depot to collect my delivery and pay for delivery still. This ridiculous delivery method will indeed prevent me from buying again from Infinity motorcycles.

Used Infinity both on line and in store. Excellent service for both. Always hold good stocks both on line and in store.

Ordered a few times from here now. Always very good, and delivery always on time. My first order I ordered a helmet which was too small. When I sent it back they didn't have the size up in stock, but was offered a different helmet by the same brand, which was considerably more expensive, for the same price. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.

PRICE HIKING I left this review on the trust pilot. I am a very disappointed long-term customer. I have been a customer of Infinity Motorcycles since 2002. So I am disappointed to have to leave a negative review. I sourced an Oxford bag from the infinity website priced at £46.98. Then I went to the first store near my workplace to purchase the bag. Now I believe if you sell a product and a customer comes in then you look for that product on your website. This seems like an easy assumption. However, the price they gave came from the oxford website and priced the bag at £89.99. I told them it was £46.98 on their website (a big difference). They did not have the bag so call another store and reserved the bag for me. When I arrived to collect the bag, once again the chap put the card reader through for £89.99. I was quick to correct him, then he looked on his website and corrected the price. I need to understand why Infinity has this practice because if you sell a product, obviously it must be on your website as you are not ordering the item into the store for me. This would have cost me or an unprepared unsuspecting customer an extra £43. So please be aware as I can see no logical reason for this practice other than to fleece the customer. I will continue to purchase from the stores as they have been good, also I want to see if this practice continues. Kind regards Kelly

Ordered the boots I wanted and then after the payment had been taken got an email that they were apparently out of stock and couldn’t be sent so then waited days for a refund and had to reorder a different pair. Delivery was missed and no card was left so am now left wondering what to do as it was for dads bday which is in a few days and I’ve now spent nearly £200 on a parcel which hasn’t arrived and I can’t seem to track down.

Absolutely amazing! A huge thank you to Henry who was so helpful, so knowledgeable and just brilliant. If you've not yet been - what are you waiting for!

Tried to buy this item: /alpinestars-missile-v2-leather-jeans/black It says - price from 289, but as soon as you selecting any size, price becoming 379 😅 I was trying to buy from iPhone and iPad using Safari and Chrome and… When trying on iPad - price changing straight away, with both browsers When trying with iPhone with Chrome - same When trying with iPhone Safari - price doesn’t change when selecting size, but you are not able to add the item to the basket or click and collect - these options are not working 😅😅😅 So 1 star for you guys, people need to know your tricks

Purchased a Shoei Neotec 2 Splicer from Infinity Motorcycles in Watford. wonderful bunch, special mention to Oliver who helped me with the fitting and later installed the pin lock and chin guard, their prices are comparable to internet plus personalised service you can try any number of helmets for fitting, comfort etc what else would one want. They have a good selection of gloves and other biking gear. Later Ruel assisted me when I lost my receipt. Great job guys keep it up. Good luck for your future.

I had to contact their customer services today because of a problem and they couldn't have been anymore helpful. They spent ages making sure that things were resolved. A great service from Holly in their club infinity team.

Had a quick chat (by email) before odering with customer service asking for stock, prompt answer and also prompt next day delivery as promised on website. Happy customer. Thanks!
