Kris is a great employee, was one of the first people I interacted at an infinity store and was also the one that sold me the riding jacket that I've been using for a year now. He's now gone out of his way to install a cardo headset to my new shoei neotec 2 (also bought at the same infinity store), definitely should check out infinity at chiswick.
I came to Chiswick Honda Infinity to buy a new helmet and Boots, I dealt with Luke and the friendly team. Luke was exreamly knowledgeable and helpful and I am so happy with my new Shoei helmet, I would highly reccomended anyone to Infinity, especially Luke, thank you

Millie serviced my Arai and spent so much time getting it just perfect. It was a slightly older model so not easy to get the right visor and pinlock, but she spent the time and got it done. Very happy to have my lid in working order and clean. Great service
Used the Belfast store many times good friendly staff who seem to know what's what. I've bought all sorts offa them as there advice is really good and the product prices a fair. It's all about the staff. Fabulous shop BELFAST go check it out.
I had the pleasure of meeting Yasim at Infinity Holborn today - he spent at least 30 minutes bringing my old Arai RX7-V back to life (it had been stuck in a garage for several years). It now looks and smells like a new Arai! He wouldn't accept a penny for the work. The whole team are very friendly and I would 100% recommend them if you need any advice on bike kit. Before you read the 1star trolls. Go and see the guys at Christchurch. 5 start service for years now. Nathan and James have been brilliant, time after time. Full set of Rukka to TechAir 5 service. These guys know their stuff. So just drop in and see how they can help you get exactly what you need.
Went into the Chiswick store to buy some gloves and possibly some other stuff. The service here was disappointing on every level. If i didnt have to drive so far to get there i would have just walked out. the card pay ment machine wasnt working so i had to go get cash and they didnt have money to give me cause i only had 10s. And i pretty much had to beg them for assitance on what they thought was a good set of gloves. I was going to get more stuff but the service from this point i thought i should go to my normal place. The only reason i decided to use this place is because i bought my shoie helmet from the webstore and thought that the store would help me pick out gear but that was not the case. and there was one employee on his phone and looked like he was scrolling on tiktok. I did make a complaint to them but they seemed to not take it seriously and the person I complained about replied to the email. I don’t know what type of business let’s someone reply to their own complaint. Reply: Thank you for the reply. I use tiktok and i know what it looks like. Also in the email i did say i wont come back due to this horrendous i dont care how good of a deal you guys have.
I’m surprised by the ratings above. Of course I cannot comment on the experience of others, but Infinity have been exemplary in my case. I ordered a helmet which was due on a particular date. Unfortunately I was going away for 2 weeks over that time. I contacted customer services & received a quick reply offering to delay delivery until my return date. The helmet was duly delivered 2 days after my return. Thumbs up Infinity. Excellent individual service when they must have many many customers.
They took a month to deliver a pair of furygan BIKE JEANS and then sent completely the wrong size, they were measured in centimeters not inches? Sent them back and received an email saying the "GLOVES" will need to be inspected first before a refund? WHAT GLOVES!?. They haven't a clue, So far I've been ripped off £116.00 Don't go near them. In now taking this to the authorities. In reply...th correct size was not delivered you sent 42cm instead of 42inch GO TAKE A LOOK, this is the UK, how many order in CM, stop trying to blame the customer for you ridiculous mistakes.

I didn't have the opportunity to explore the shop at Clapham High Street as I would like to. I went for a helmet and on the third try I accidentally dropped a helmet. The seller seemed like he was expecting me to decide what to take in 5 minutes and, when that happened he let a "f*%king" word come out together on what he said. Then carried on treating me like an idiot who had no sense of what I was doing. So in the end I tried that helmet and left the shop I did leave the shop, as I felt more embarrassed than I was supposed to be. I am a very careful person. Trying to come back to motorcycling after 30 years away from it. I have more things to buy apart from a helmet. It probably won't be at Infinity Clapham High Street. The shop might be good and other sellers too, but I felt unwelcomed. That was unfortunate. I have been months ago to the Infinity shop at Portland Road and the staff there was very welcoming and put me at easy. Maybe they could give some hints to Clapham staff on how to approach customers.
Biggest bunch of jokers I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a £600 helmet for a track day. Told them I needed and they said you must collect from Hanger Lane even tough I offered to go to Camberley. Called and he said it’s ready. Got an email confirmation. Took me two hours to get to Hanger Lane and they said sorry the helmet is not here. They didn’t send it and there is nothing I can do. I got you mixed up with another customer or a system error. Leaving today for track and takes 5 days for a refund. Do NOT use these guys. Bunch of liars full of excuses. Shameful.I got you mixed up with another customer is NOT an excuse to waste 4 hours of my day oh and on top of that even tough yesterday it was IMPOSSIBLE to go to Camberley and collect because it wad against their policy. Today they they were happy for me to travel another hour to go to Camberley and collect. And don’t tell me you’ll pass it on to your logistics team as that’s previously been said in other comments and obviously your logistics team has done NOTHING to fix the issue in the past
Following my 5 start review a couple of weeks ago, I know rate them at no more than 1 star. Only part of an order was delivered, despite the item being stated as in stock for next day delivery. When queried as to when this item would be delivered, the answer was 'part of your order has been dispatched', that was it no indication of the delivery of the missing item. Looks like its back to SportsBikeShop for most orders.
Ordered chain cleaner and lube(P225952) and received confirmation of my order on 24 May. Still not received by 1 June so phoned customer services...advised they could see DPD had not delivered and they would chase up and advise me the following day of what to expect. Didn't receive a follow up phone call on 2/6/23.....phoned back on 3/6/23 and advised they were closed and to phone back on the next working day....won't be using them again
absolute joke of a service, looks like there is a similar trend the past few months reading reviews. 5 stars reviews? not sure where that comes from because I have had 0.5 star experience. 1st visor and pinlock arrived late. 2nd wrong items received, 3rd correct item never arrived, asked for updates and the possibility of a partial refund due to poor service. gave full refund and cancelled order. sounds to me they had no intentions of ever sending the order and dragged me along. take it for me spend the extra 5 pound and support your local guys.
