Watford Infinity Rocks
Today I visited infinity at watford and was looked after by Laura, Rue and Kieran. These people are exceptional, they also deal with some of the nicest customers in the market. Lots of love, Steve

Many reviewers highlight their pleasant experiences with employees like Millie and Steve, who provide helpful guidance in selecting motorcycle gear. Customers appreciate the fast delivery and efficient resolution of issues, such as incorrect orders. However, there are notable complaints regarding product quality and customer support, particularly concerning warranty claims and receiving damaged items. Some consumers express frustration over poor in-store assistance and stock availability, indicating a decline in service quality over time. Despite these criticisms, the overall sentiment remains positive, with many praising the company as a reliable choice for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Once again excellent service from infinity motor cycles. Fast receipt of items, well packaged and as described.
Purchased a pair of PMJ jeans in May 2021 only worn for the two summers , and now there’s ripping by the rear pockets, Contacted PMJ Italy Their response was it’s normal wear and tear and get someone to sew it up. £200+ really. Not worth the money.
I purchased a pair of RST motorcycle jeans which turned up on time. Unfortunately they didn’t fit. I used the free returns system an the money was back in my account really quickly. I have now purchased textile RST trousers which against n turned up on time. Great service and product. I would highly recommend.
This review is about one of the branches located in York. After a recommendation of friend of mine I came to buy my first helmet to the shop. Members of staff were busy chatting to each other while I was looking at helmets for 10 minutes. No one came to ask if I need any help or take measurements so I left.
32% 1 star reviews pretty much sums it up. I purchased a Rukka jacket that had an issue with the zip catching in the fabric flap. It caught so hard it tore the fabric when I had to pull it down to actually get free from the jacket. I returned the jacket and it was taken to the importer for assessment, which resulted in a presumption that it was my own error, even though the zip was catching in other places along the zip. After going back and forth with no offer of replacement, refund or repair, I resorted to sending a letter of complaint to Rukka themselves and to my utter disappointment, I received a reply from the UK importer, not Rukka Finland, stating that I am out of luck and nothing will be done to rectify the issue with the jacket. Now I'm left with a jacket that has a tear perfectly placed for snagging the zipper every time I use it, which is not very often because its a pain. Oh joy. Since my terrible experience with this notably awful retail chain, I have found an Independent only a 20 minute ride away, with adult, trained, professional staff, quality products and review ratings that Infinity can only dream of. Avoid, avoid, avoid if you value customer service and value for your hard earned money.
EDIT: I've updated the score due to them sorting the issue out. Ordered some items a few days ago, and didn't receive them. Infinity have been useless and said they need time to "investigate". After several weeks I eventually got a refund, have since ordered an item with no problems.
these people in the Belfast shop charged me £72.50 for a gallon of oil that costs £37 and £47 everywhere else ... needed oil in a hurry and went to the Belfast shop while i was there i bought jeans and a leather jacket paid with my card not knowing exactly what was what cause i don't really mind things being a few quid more than on the internet .. got home opened the oil to do the oil change and seen the price on the lid !!!!! £72.50 .. where do these people get the balls to charge £25+ over the average price ? rang the shop and might as well have rang the local mental home pure ignorance to the fact that they had just ripped me off .. i will never be back and i will tell every biker i meet to avoid them like the plague ...
Do not ever buy from this company in-store without first checking their online pricing. In my case I discovered too late that their shop pricing was almost 20% higher than online for the two items I purchased. Of course by buying in person you also lose the protections offered by the distance selling regulations, so a double loss. Its the shop staff I feel sorry for - how long will their jobs remain once naïve buyers like me wise up.
Bought a packtalk slim and it was faulty, i know this as already own 2 and have access to many more. It was retuned tested and sent back to me with no fault found. The unit was exactly the same. Infinity no longer reply to emails so im left with a 200 pound brick, hopefully tge credit card company will have some joy
Shocking, Item never received, delivery made to the wrong address to start with. DPD managed to recover the item from the wrong property which I was then told it was being returned to sender. The item was then re-addressed to another completely wrong address and sent out again, however this time, no tracking details sent to me so I had no idea. Both times the item was sent out it had the incorrect address detail on the parcel. Infinity Motorcycles tried to blame DPD. Its not DPD's fault that the parcel had the wrong address details. FYI, I checked the order email and this has the correct order address displayed. I have cancelled my order.
If I could give a zero for this companies efforts then I would, I have just been into one of there motorcycle clothing stores where the staff were more interested in there I Phones and talking to there own staff and having a party behind the counter, I went to kit myself and my son with a new jacket / trousers / gloves / boots / and various other types of biker gear, I waited for help that never arrived, they could see I was struggling but was totally ignored as if I had no money to spend, I am a successful Company Director of my own business for 42 years, I left the shop mortified with grief and depression, If that happened in my business when I was not about then I would just have to fire the lot.
Terrible customer service I wrote emails regarding my orders issue an still nothing done. Avoid this company P210452
sent for a price match never got back poor service never going use them. Urban Rider straight away sent code.
I recently purchased an item online. It arrived the next working day as promised. I will definately be using them again.
Bad experience and attitude from staff at Motorcyclelive NEC Birmingham 2022! Was looking for srl2 intercom for helmet and start my shopping at Helmet City asking for price!then went to infinity motorcycles where one staff member said they match all prices today with everyone! I said srl2 are cheaper at helmet city right next to them on what other member of staff replied to me GO AND FUC…. BUY FROM THEM THEN! What I certainly did and will avoid infinity motorcycles and telling do the same to all my friends
I've visited Infinity Motorcycles at Farnborough on two or three occasions now and I've ordered twice from them online. From the very first time I went in, Josh and Damien were friendly and welcoming. Josh's customer service was first class in ensuring that I got the kit I wanted and he made some expert recommendations along the way. When I telephoned with a subsequent question, Damien the manager couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating and ensured that everything with my order was to my satisfaction. These guys clearly know how to treat customers well because they know you'll not hesitate to return to them when you need something else ...which is exactly what has happened. Big thanks to the team at Farnborough and thank you for being friendly and welcoming and understanding when I changed my mind on a couple of items. Absolute first class service!
I have dealt with this company for over 4 years, great service and good prices always
I ordered an Oxford Boss Alarm on a Black Friday deal for £51.99 (reduced from £59.99). On the dispatch email it stated they had dispatched the Non alarmed version of the Oxford Boss and when it arrived I realised it was the wrong item. I called Infinity Motorcycles and spoke to a customer services assistant (Dani) who said she’d never seen this before and would send a returns label and email me once she’d spoken to a manager. She emailed me back shortly and said I’d have to pay at extra £48 for the Oxford Boss Alarm which was only retailing at around £60. I pointed this out to Dani and she admitted her error but still did not offer me the Oxford Alarm Boss which I’d purchased for £51.99 unless I paid an extra £8 to make it the current price, not the Black Friday deal price. I declined to pay this based on the fact they had offered me a deal and then sent the wrong item and then told me to pay more to get the item I actually ordered. Any normal company would have sent the correct item and not demanded £8 more now a Black Friday deal had ended. I did get my refund authorised within 4 days, however this has been a Poor experience.
I bought a pair of daytona boots, after eleven months of very light use they decided to let water in, the first time they were in real rain. Infinity response has varied from we'll send them back to daytona but it will be four months turn around to "you should contact gore-tex yourself it'll be quicker" no news from them unless I chase, their last response was "we've been in touch with citizens advice and as we told you it would be four months the 30 day legal responsibility we have to you doesn't count" I'm reporting the company to the ombudsman for completely ignoring my customer rights and hope they learn not to treat people in this cavalier manner. Shocking behaviour and I'll obviously never use them again.
