Ordered a helmet, was due to be delivered on the 11th but wasn’t dispatched until then. Not a major issue though. Helmet arrived, the actual box to the helmet was open and a bit on the beaten up side. Had it been anything but a helmet it wouldn’t have bothered me so much, but was concerned at the helmets integrity. Checked the helmet over and did seem okay. Fair price for helmet and easy process just shame on packaging and delivery.

Haven’t been riding for twenty plus years. Thought I’d visit Infinity motorcycles in Farnborough, so pleased I did...... My shopping experience from start to finish was fantastic, the advice I was given, the selection and availability, the time I was allowed to think about my purchase (never rushed and always on hand if required). This was down to fantastic customer service and someone who cares, thank-you HENRY at Farnborough store

Excellent service. Excellent price. After ordering the wrong size helmet. The correct size was found and send, arrived following day! Most helpful over the phone .

Called in with the Belfast branch, i was looking for a new helmet, the guy in the store was very friendly and helpful. I explained that i wouldn't be buying it that day. After i got home i had a look online and found another dealer in the UK who was almost 25% cheaper. I contacted Infinity and filled in the price match online application. I checked my email the next day and to my surprise they had matched the other dealers price. So i went back down to the Belfast branch and they sorted me out. Excellent experience from start to finish.

I've been caught out before by attractively priced online adverts only to find they are on extended back order or limited to odd sizes. Saw Schuberth C3 Pro @ sub £250 delivered so phoned Infinity to check availability. Ashleigh took the time to actually go into the warehouse and had it in her hand when she confirmed it's availability. Great to recieve proper customer service.

Stunning Farnborough customer service. I bought a new helmet(for cash) and didn’t keep the receipt and a couple of months later the sun visor failed to flip down. On returning the guy traced the purchase via helmet size/colour, printed me off a receipt and took the helmet in. Three days later a call to collect and all fixed FOC. How can anyone ask for more?

Have placed a number of online orders as difficult to work out sizes. Everything arrived quickly They are fantastic about returns - simple process, free returns and quick to refund. On my last order I telephoned to get some advice about jackets and stock time, the lady couldn't have been more helpful - even ran down to the warehouse to check something for me on a jacket. They rushed the delivery through in time for me going on a bike holiday. Will always buy from them now as my preferred go to bike gear retailer.

Click and collect order. 4 items not in stock 4 items not ordered by the York store as my previous orders didn’t fit and they wanted me to come in to try other items on first before ordering, hardly time efficient on the customers side. Money was of course taken online and “too difficult” to refund in store….. In store service at York was polarised from appalling to decent Issues in place with click and collect system and seemingly appears to not be up to date and according to shop staff not easy to use Attempted phone order additionally and my call was never returned after speaking with the sales team Placed order with another retailer, items dispatched in less than two hours for next day delivery, so it shows what’s possible. Only use if you have time to waste

Never have I ever left a bad review until now. The customer service at great western road branch is absolutely appalling. I politely asked a question to be told he’s too busy to deal with me and wouldn’t give me the managers name that I also politely asked for. Disgusting customer service and clearly in the wrong job.

Really poor service with no result. Basically their selling gear they,ve not got. Ordered 4 pairs of jeans , after 4 days with no contact from them just confirmation on order, made a call to them , oh we,re waiting for 2 pairs to arrive , ok so please send what you have and refund what you haven,t , ok Sir will do. I received message stating my order was dispatched, and will be delivered on such a date.., even supplied tracking No 2 days after so called delivery date nothing had arrived, so once again called, oh sorry sir we,ve not dispatched it . Needless to say cancelled everything and ordered elsewhere otherwise I,ld still be waiting.

Infinity Farnborough couldn't be more helpful. Great service. We updated our clothing for this year and also bought a Cardo freecom 4 which had difficult to understand (or user error) instructions but the staff at Farnborough spent 20 mins sorting them out and updating the devices. All with grace and charm so we have no hesitation in the 5 stars.

Terrible customer service. I went to the Clapham store to try some leather trousers only to find the staff annoyed by my questions, unhelpful, and with a "know it all" attitude. Never again

purchased a Yamaha Tracer 900 GT from Capital Moto. A great price, really helpful sales staff, answered questions on the telephone and easily booked a viewing of the bike. Bike handed over very professionally, helpful walk through. Fitted my sat nav and battery optimiser cables. Staff really helpful polite and very professional. highly recommended

Really went above and beyond with my order. Really helpful, great communication, great price and fast efficient delivery. Ordered online but dealt with the guys at the York store. Would highly recommend from my first experience with them.

I have had mixed experience from Infinity. Infinity Great Portland Street with their manager Keith was less than satisfactory. I had an issue with the Pinlock on my Schuberth C4 helmet. Keith was unprofessional and became very agitated when he was unable to remove the visor, physically straining and becoming red in the face and swearing constantly. I honestly thought he was going to end up breaking it! I was then handed two pinlock lugs and told to try it fix it myself at home, with no guarantees that the lugs were compatible. After a few weeks, when I took the same Helmet to my local store in Watford, the experience couldn't be more different. I was treated with courtesy and respect and Tim was able to address the issue with the minimum of fuss. He even took the time to clean my entire helmet for me before handing it back. Absolutely superb treatment from Tim. Couldn't recommend enough!

I recently bought a pair of motorcycle jeans which arrived in short order. I tried them on and found that I did not like the fit as they were to baggy for my shape. I called customer service and with no fuss whatsoever, a refund has been arranged and a free shipping label to return the jeans has been sent. As an internet retailer, I cannot recommend them highly enough because they take the risk and stress out of buying online.

Bought an anti fog visor for my son for Xmas and it came off after 1 use. Wrote to customer services who can't be bothered to acknowledge my email or reply. Very poor quality product and appalling company to deal with who are utterly unprofessional. Dont buy from them.

Bought a Shoei helmet at a %50 discount with next-day delivery, not much to ask from an online site!

I ordered the Scorpion EXO 510 helmet but needed a larger size. They sent me a prepaid return label and refunded me the full cost without hesitation, so I could order a larger size. The helmet was excellent and great value for money. The Customer Service was also excellent and 2nd to none from a lady called Stella. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again without hesitation.
