PRICE HIKING I left this review on the trust pilot. I am a very disappointed long-term customer. I have been a customer of Infinity Motorcycles since 2002. So I am disappointed to have to leave a negative review. I sourced an Oxford bag from the infinity website priced at £46.98. Then I went to the first store near my workplace to purchase the bag. Now I believe if you sell a product and a customer comes in then you look for that product on your website. This seems like an easy assumption. However, the price they gave came from the oxford website and priced the bag at £89.99. I told them it was £46.98 on their website (a big difference). They did not have the bag so call another store and reserved the bag for me. When I arrived to collect the bag, once again the chap put the card reader through for £89.99. I was quick to correct him, then he looked on his website and corrected the price. I need to understand why Infinity has this practice because if you sell a product, obviously it must be on your website as you are not ordering the item into the store for me. This would have cost me or an unprepared unsuspecting customer an extra £43. So please be aware as I can see no logical reason for this practice other than to fleece the customer. I will continue to purchase from the stores as they have been good, also I want to see if this practice continues. Kind regards Kelly
