Terrible Customer Service.
Terrible Customer Service. I would leave zero if I could. I ordered a product and was contacted by parcel force with a delivery date, I waited in all day (a days holiday) for it to arrive. I contacted Parcel Force to be told the wrong address had been put on the package. I then contacted Infinity who admitted the blunder and I was told they would send another right away, then received an email saying they had no stock they will send as soon as they have stock. I replied asking if they can arrange a Saturday delivery as I work during the week and I had wasted a days holiday waiting in for the first order. They said I had to pay a further £12 for this, when I complained and said I am not happy with this and asked for a refund, their customer advisor Jack just said ok we will refund you. Where is the customer “Good Will”
