Went to our Christchurch store and the staff were fantastic. I have a odd shaped head and the staff helped me choose a helmet that fitted. I took the helmet home and after a while I found the helmet was to tight. Brought back to the store and the staff spent over an hour running around finding different helmets that were of the right shape and size for me to try. Finally had to bight the bullet and purchase a Shoei Neotec 2 that fitted like a glove. The staff ordered the colour I wanted and called me two days later, to say it was at the store. The service you get from the Christchurch store is fantastic and the staff cant do enough to help you. Thank you all for your help and spending the time to help me. Kind regards Mark

I recently went in search of some motorcycle jeans as a more comfortable option for the summer months. Visiting the Watford store I was met with friendly and knowledge staff who identified what I was after and got me trying on a few suitable options. Left with exactly what I wanted and would recommend for anyone looking for motorcycle apparel to visit one of their stores.

I went to the Chiswick store to purchase a new helmet but wasn't sure about the size. Krzysztof helped me choose the right helmet and size and it ended up being absolutely perfect. I highly recommend his service and Infinity motorcycles in Chiswick

Great friendly assistance from Jakub at the new Huddersfield branch today. My only complaint is we only went in for a Quadlock part and came away with much lighter wallets after spending on new riding gear! Jakub took his time to show us different clothing to find what suited us best and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks again.

The store at Huddersfield is an amazing store. Was served by Jacob who went far beyond what is expected of customer service. Polite, very knowledgeable ask any questions he will know the answer. Won't be shoping any other place. Thank you

As a beginner biker totally confused with online reviews/opinions decided to invest some real time and walked to Chiswick shop to talk to some one. It took few minutes and I realised that I would end in a pickle if relying on on line shopping. Lad called Krzysztof went through sizing vs real sizing across the brands, helped me to chose essential gear. I could end up with time consuming returns if shopping online. Left smiling like a kid. It is definitely not my last visit there.

Nipped in to have a look at some bike boots. Im quite fussy.. The assistant Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt mind that i wanted to try on several pairs and gave his advice for each. Very professional and a lovely shop with a good amount of choice

Called into infinity Belfast to pick up a new Shoei helmet and Comms. Gareth couldn't be more helpful. Even sorted out new gloves for an up coming trip. Always feel welcome in this branch and happy recommend the entire team.

Popped in for the open day and was greeted by Andy, a big smiley Scottish guy, holding a box of cookies in my direction. Great start!! Andy helped me pick out some new kreiga accessories for my bag. I was really impressed with the range of products, who know Oxford made so many security devices!! Andy is a very knowledgeable chap and really easy to talk to.

Went to the new Huddersfield showroom for a look around. Needed some advice and was helped by Andy who seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful. Great store. Definitely be back next time I need some new gear.

We came in on the Huddersfield open day to come and buy a waterproof over jacket. Brin helped us out and showed us a few options and explained the differences between them. We ended up going with a Merlin one and it’s been great!

The Chiswick store is my favourite place for advice, clothing and accessories for my bike. Krzysztof and Luke are absolutely amazing. Krzysztof takes the time to sort out and make sure your products fit you, including fitting out visors. Luke also takes the time to find you the best deals for the products you want!

I use Infinity Chiswick Branch (Farnborough Aswell) because they are soo helpful,nothing ever seems to much trouble to get the right kit I need as I ride all disciplines track,road and Enduro . So massive thanks to Luke at Chiswick always there with great banter and the right product for what I require ,keep up the great work guys
