There is many motorbike clothing out there and some have more items in their range too. But non will deal with customers issues like Infiniti. When you buy something online there is always chance something will go wrong with and if you want to be sure problem will get sorted get it from Infiniti. Hannah is the best person i ever dealt with for after sale service. If i want buy anything it is from Infiniti.. A+++++ Kash

Having spent thousands pounds with them when I bought my GoldWing I regret having given them my business. Their staff in chiswick are just indifferent they could not care less. Extremely disappointing. I would shop elsewhere from now on.

Recently went up to Farnborough to redeem a sales voucher. Received excellent customer services during the visit. They made me feel like my custom is valued which is excellent when compared to other companies version of customer service.

I’ve been into the Belfast shop a number of occasions. Staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. One of my purchases was defective once which wasn’t their fault mind you and they exchanged it without hassle.

Used the Infinity shop in Glasgow a month or so ago and had great service from very helpful staff. Yesterday evening ordered online and was surprised, unlike many others my order was delivered today. Great service and face to face in Glasgow store was excellent.

I bought Schubert helmet from Infinity and probably was quite an awkward customer by returning the helmet twice in order to find right size (probably due to my inexperience with high class helmets). Lydia in Norwich branch was very understanding and I finally got the right one. During first ride it steamed up and, of course I went back to the shop. It appeared that the viser whjch has two layers had been incorrectly fitted in the assembly and Lydia again sorted this for me ( I would not have understood what was wrong). Thank you Lydia, excellent service.

Infinity get a poor rating from me due to the fact that they use 'Parcel Force' who are to the delivery business what King Herod was to babysitting, they tried to deliver the parcel twice (it was so small it could have gone through the letterbox) on Thursday at 09.54 and on Friday at 09.45, no attempt to even leave it with a neighbour or leave it in a secure spot behind our bins. I now have a 38 mile round trip to attend their inconveniently located depot which doesn't open again until Monday. I'm afraid I shan't be buying anything from Infinity ever again unless they change their woefully inept delivery company.

I have been an occasional Infinity customer for some time and the experience has always been quite hit and miss. My latest transaction though was very frustrating and ultimately a failure. I bought a Tucano Urbano jacket online, taking advantage of the item being on sale and of a £10 voucher they gave to their customers for Easter. Next working day, I was contacted by their online sales team, informing me that the item was out of stock even though I managed to actually purchase it. They offered a different item, totally unsuitable. I then opted for another jacket, which was £10 dearer however they said they would not charge more - I thus thought great! My second choice arrived damaged, so I had to contact the online sales team who ensured me that they would send out a new one as soon as I'd return the faulty garment to a local store. I did so, only to be emailed again, to say that the jacket they sent me was the very last one in my size! I offered to take the damaged one back and fix it myself, as I really liked the jacket and had I known that it was the last one I would have kept it. Lo and behold, they refused and I managed to obtain a refund on the money paid - no mention of getting back the £10 voucher I spent... I'd say avoid if you are looking for a quality, hassle free transaction!

Used to be a good website but had negative experiences recently. First of all they keep advertising next day delivery but it never happens, probably because they insist on using the worst courier in UK (Parcelforce). Also there was a double points promotion on the site but I didn't get double points for my qualifying purchase. I tried to contact twice by email and nobody replied.

Tried to fob me off when I had to do a return. Deliberately difficult.

Called into Infinity Belfast today and purchased a Shcuberth e1 and an intercom system. Cannot recommend these guys more highly for customer service and helpful friendly advice.

My helmet was delivered quickly and was the exact size I had hoped for. The colour however wasn't exactly how it looked in the picture. I hoped it would match my bike which it didn't however it was such a nice colour I chose to keep it anyway.

Infinity Motorcycles provided an Excellent Service and Product, the item was despatched quickly and well packaged. They sent my parcel to the Highlands with NO extra charge. I will definitely be using them again and would most certainly recommend them.

Got my boots as discride on time and cheaper than the local bike shop and other online retailers

Great selection of products at good prices and will price match if needed. Regularly have offers and if you are a repeat customer their generous loyalty scheme vouchers are very welcome when they arrive. The staff at my local store (Watford) are really friendly and helpful.

Awful business, will never buy anything from Infinity again. Ever. My wife visited infinity - not knowing anything about biking whatsoever - with a view of treating me for my birthday. Infinity convinced my wife to buy one of their most expensive overpriced helmets and reassured her that if it wasn’t right she could “take it back”. I give the helmet 12hrs after she picked it up and knew it wasn’t the one I wanted so she said let’s take it back today (still within 24hrs of buying it). We drove 30 minutes to get there and were met with the guy behind the counter telling us NO REFUNDS - due to safety policy on helmets. This is a joke - we’ve not even open the box!!! The only return option is to exchange it for in store vouchers which I don’t think is fair at all. In the end we came away - unable to get it changed and paid over the odds in the first place. I will never spend £1 with this business again. Took advantage of my wife and her intentions and then offered a fellow biker no support at all. If this was any other business like GetGeared or online sportsbikeshop - I’ve checked their policies and they would have refunded us. The only benefit I see in thos experience is: 1 - I will now keep an eye out /look forward to hearing about infinity folding in the next 5 years. 2 - when I spend £1000 on new boots/gloves/jacket/pants for summer I’ll make sure it’s at getgeared on interest free credit. It will not ever be at infinity. I also look forward to everyone asking me when I’m out riding about my new helmet because it will give me another chance to tell them not to spend money at infinity.
