The labels we got match the proofs, but we were not usable. We ordered sets of 4x / serial number. And they came on individual strips with 15x labels. So, the serial numbers are broken up across different strips. It's terribly not user-friendly. Becky was been quick to respond and even called to clear up questions. However, the terrible way these would be divided up wasn't brought up. When we got the stickers and raised the problem, the only solution offered was for us to purchase a new batch at a 20% discount. However, the new quote is MORE expensive than the original. And we have no confidence that giving y'all MORE money would result in something usable, since it failed so horribly the first time.

Staff provided excellent service and made sure that our new metal labels were exactly what we wanted.

Great product - Quick turnaround

What made/ still makes my experience great is my POC, Cory Brooks, has continued to answer my questions throughout the whole process. He was willing to come on center and present RFID to our Division and answer all their questions as well. I am very pleased with my service.

This was my first time working with Metalcraft and placing an order of metal tags which required taking precise measurements and sending in artwork. Heather and Sean were very helpful in assisting me through the process and answering ALOT of questions. They communication was quick and responsive. The lead time for the project was excellent. Our metal tags look great and I would highly recommend Metalcraft.
