They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

UPDATE X3: I have cancelled and paid my final month with ID mobile and as I advised them my bank account was being closed. They proceeded to email me saying “we can see you cancelled your DD please contact us to get your details updated” ERMMM I think the F$$k not (bear in mind I have confirmation I have cancelled with you) My partner is also leaving ID mobile as well as a number of my relatives after advising them of what you do. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND NOT LEGIT AVOID AND DO NOT GO TO ID MOBILE FRAUDSTERS WHO CANT DO THERE JOB PROPERLY AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS TO A PROBLEM AKA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOW THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS! I am with TALK TALK MOBILE and they have been a breeze easy access to the online app I feel in control no signal issues what’s so ever HIGHLY RECOMMEND ID MOBILE ALSO AVOID IF YOU WANT YOUR DATA SECURE AS I HAD MULTIPLE NUMBERS CALL ME PRETENDING TO BE ID MOBILE AND ASK FOR MY BANK DETAILS UPDATE X2: 12th June I reached out to ID Mobile and this is where it all went down, we are now 23rd June and still the same issue. I have now spoken to at least 15 different people, so if you have an issue do not expect a streamline customer service expect to be told the same thing over and over again. I have been promised on multiple occasions we are working on this AND that is only when I message to follow up, there’s no genuine care for customers there’s a lack of consideration. It’s AI central with ID mobile, a very small issue which has been dragged out to my anger is very well justified as paying customer! So I’m glad to say ID mobile you have lost my custom, I have found an AMAZING 1 month contract elsewhere offering me unlimited on data calls and text and unlimited data roaming for allot less than what you can and far better signal cover. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY! UPDATE X1: After writing my review below, I was given an email address and told, “we will be able to help you.” WRONG — I was then told, “you are already in touch with our social media team, continue your contact with them.” This is exactly what I mentioned in my original review — I’ve already been in contact, and nothing is being resolved. AVOID ID MOBILE at all costs! Their customer service is an endless loop of passing the buck. No accountability, no real support, and judging by other reviews, I’m not alone. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe it. Im still unable to gain access to my ID mobile app and haven’t been able to since I made contact on the 12th June. Original Review Below: Let me start by saying I no longer bank with the account linked to ID Mobile, so I needed to get into the app to change my direct debit details. Simple enough, right? WRONG. What should have been a five-minute task has turned into a four-day nightmare because ID Mobile clearly hires support staff who are either reading from a script or just completely clueless. I tried resetting my password using the correct email. No reset email ever arrives. I’ve checked junk, spam, EVERYTHING. But the genius-level support team can’t seem to process this. I’ve been in contact every single day through Facebook Messenger and spoken to five different people — and every single one tells me the same useless list: • Clear your cache (did it. Doesn’t work.) • Try another email (I have ONE email address I use — not multiple. The fact that this suggestion keeps coming up shows how little they’re paying attention. And no, I’m not about to create a brand new email address just to deal with your broken system.) • Use a browser instead of the app (Tried. Still nothing.) • Make sure we’re not blocked from mailing you (Checked. You’re not.) I’ve explained all this, REPEATEDLY. But they just loop back to the same checklist like broken robots. Do they actually read messages or just pick a canned reply and call it a day? Every single one of them parrots the same crap with zero results. Let me be crystal clear: I still cannot access the app, I still cannot change my details, and ID Mobile is actively wasting my time with their shocking incompetence. Their support is the bottom of the barrel — insultingly bad. And just to rub salt in the wound — my number was leaked, and I started getting scam calls not long after. Coincidence? I don’t think so. So not only can they not run a functioning app or customer service team, they also clearly can’t protect customer data either. So here’s the deal, ID Mobile: if you want to keep taking my monthly payments, FIX THIS NOW. The account you’re linked to is closing, and you’re the reason I haven’t been able to update it. This isn’t on me. This is on YOU. Avoid this company. Full stop. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, go elsewhere.
Good service. Online but prefer to talk to someone on the phone
Very, very poor customer service – by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wasted over an hour just to find out that the phone I ordered is out of stock and won’t arrive for another month. One of the agents I spoke to simply ended the chat without helping me. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes to speak to someone else and explain everything again. In the end, I cancelled my order. I do not recommend this network to anyone.
Absolutely shocking policy. Accidentally paid £70 for 2 data roaming add-ons as the checkout was incredibly confusing and unclear. Wanted to cancel one, come to find out they don’t provide cancellations or refunds. Paying £70 for essentially one for the price of two by complete mistake. Utterly disgusting.

Warning - DO NOT SWITCH TO ID Mobile My switch completed yesterday with no net work coverage at all. You have to go through a chat bot to chat to a real person who sends you a list of things to do to rest your network settings etc. however when you do this you lose the existing chat and like me, it still didn’t work you have to start all over again. After going through the process a 2nd time, you’re given further settings (turn off iPhone messages , turn back on etc) yet nothing works. Pay the extra couple of £s a month to go with another provider. It’s not worth the pain. So today I cancelled the contract as no one could help me or speak on the phone.
The advisor today was very helpful. However, due to incorrect information I received from the last advisor I chatted with (and gave a great rating to, being unaware that what I had been told was completely wrong), my issue could not be resolved. I haven't even properly switched to ID mobile yet (which is the problem) and I am already regretting it.
Very pleased with my experience if ID Mobile. I have been using their sim card for a while now and it has rarely let me down. Their prices are competitive and I would recommend anyone looking for an affordable package to see them out.
Taken out my second contract with ID. The saving for the same handset and usage from 3 unreal and ID includes EU roaming where 3 doesn't! The team on socials ( I used Facebook messenger) are so helpful they talked me through porting the number and settings for EU roaming so helpful , friendly and quick
