Very disappointed
Very, very poor customer service – by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wasted over an hour just to find out that the phone I ordered is out of stock and won’t arrive for another month. One of the agents I spoke to simply ended the chat without helping me. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes to speak to someone else and explain everything again. In the end, I cancelled my order. I do not recommend this network to anyone.
