Warning - DO NOT SWITCH TO ID Mobile My switch completed yesterday with no net work coverage at all. You have to go through a chat bot to chat to a real person who sends you a list of things to do to rest your network settings etc. however when you do this you lose the existing chat and like me, it still didn’t work you have to start all over again. After going through the process a 2nd time, you’re given further settings (turn off iPhone messages , turn back on etc) yet nothing works. Pay the extra couple of £s a month to go with another provider. It’s not worth the pain. So today I cancelled the contract as no one could help me or speak on the phone.
