I have no issues with my signal and I have a great price plan. What is there not to like. 👍👍😊

They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

Really smooth
The experience of joining ID Mobile has been a good one. On a 4G mobile however, the ID Mobile’s network provider (Three) is nowhere as good as say Vodafone or EE’s network.
Excellent service and great cover. Just need a few more countries to roam for free like the USA.
Your network coverage is not good. That is extremely disappointing....
Very happy with the service, costs and coverage BUT it would be even better and less frustrating if it were possible to actually speak to a human customer services agent when a problem arises that is not included in your FAQs
I had a deal from hot deal,I bought S25 ultra together with ear pod and smart watch but I couldn't receive my ear pod and smart watch i only receive my phone which i was disappointed to be honest
Getting a signal seemed to be the exception rather than the rule. No easy way to contacta person to assist. Went back to O2 for an extra £2 but more data

I appreciate this is an EE issue but signal strength is not great where I am. For the first time in years Im having to be aware of signal strength. I was going to move my son to ID but not now.

ID Mobile customer service is awful. I have spent 4-5 hours doing online chat on several occasions with their agents to try to get my £50 Curry's gift card. The agents must be dealing with several chats at the same time otherwise they are hopeless as they are impossibly slow. I never get a straight answer. Today they offered me a £20 credit instead of the £50 voucher! They won't give me any contact details for their complaints team and I am feeling very doubtful they will bother contacting me. Every time I have an online chat I get told to contact them again and it's always the same that no one knows anything and after spending 30-40 mins on the chat I get told to contact them in a couple of days.
I ordered sim contract on 18/06/25 and recieved email connection on 19/06/25, although 18,19th I had no connection at all, I contacted with them begging for connection but failed to and they offer me £10 gesture. Although they didn’t email me eSIM. After contacting several agent finally they email me eSIM. Although problem not solved. They internet connection 4g instead of 5G. Even on 4g no internet connection works. I got very frustrated because as I taxi driver I constantly need internet service I was disabled with internet connection and they failed to fix. I decided to leave, I asked them wi i be charged if I leave ID, they confirmed me no charged with in cooling period. So left on 27/06/25. I joined Vodafone.now ID charged me £99 for leaving and they said I left with out informing them. What a scam. They denied to refund. PLEASE AVOID ID MOBILE. They worst network and service.
I am not a big mobile user being a oap but all I need in a phone i can find with this phone
I had problems moving my existing number over. The chat robot was absolutely useless as was customer service. I tried to cancel the contract but was unable to. A terrible service.
I'd put off renewing my old phone for years as it's such a hassle....but ID Mobile made the whole process very straightforward, easy and transparent.

Overall, I'm really happy with the service. It’s affordable, reliable, and easy to manage through the app. I’d love to see continued improvements to 5G coverage and maybe even some added perks or loyalty rewards in the future, but so far, it’s been great value for money.
