Since Febuary 2024 Home Telecom have been collecting my internet service direct debit, however in the last 12 months i have not been informed what date they will be taking the payment and on several collections via direct debit they have taken the wrong amount. This month they have gone a stage further and taken 2 payments for the same period 24 hours apart which has caused issues with other payments i have. having spoken to them on the 15 april they said they would sort out a refund for the second payment however when i rang them again on the 23 april to check on the progress of the refund i was informed no refund has been set up. I am tired of the constant mistakes by the incompetent company its not too difficult to get the basics right surely
Khimalli took a few of my calls to help with some connection issues. I was very happy with his customer service as he explained everything clearly so I could understand and was very helpful even during my incessant calling!

Awful company. Check out google review for genuine experiences. More like do not trust pilot. Who is the scammer here? home telecom or trustpilot. One liner reviews mentioning CS staff names, they're bumping themselves up. Avoid. Update - 28/4 FIVE days without internet and Home Telecom still reporting that they have no network issues on their status webpage.

When the internet worked, all fine. Our fibre installation was delayed and we told them explicitly not to cease our line until fibre actually went in. They still went ahead and ceased our line and 10 days later we have no internet, they're still clueless on what will happen next. Diabolical service, no ownership of the problem or apology despite a complaint being raised on day 5
A circus has less clowns than this company! Avoid at all costs! I was originally with noone who were superb until these jokers took over. Now I get constant disconnects, packet loss and terrible speeds. It has been going on for over a month now is not acceptable especially since I work from home for the public sector. They don't respond to email's (even the complaints email) If you call, you're waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer and they don't follow up or offer anything useful I've even sent them 30 days notice to resolve this or I'm free to leave contract.....had no response to this Claim it's an issue on my end, yet I've been using the same equipment since noone with no issues. I've done all the troubleshooting under the sun and the logs blatantly suggest it's their end (ONT hangups, ppoe auth errors) This seems to be the only way they respond... EDIT I called again today and was told all they saw on their end was the ethernet dropping.....duh maybe thats because of the constant reboots I need to do on the ONT/router. The tech sounded like he was stoned and not interested in the slightest. He then promised I'd receive an email with engineer dates...guess what? I've had nothing.

It’s rare to come across such dedicated customer service, and I truly appreciate his effort he took to find out the exact reason that nobody found from last 4 days. Once he found the issue he took time to call me back and solved issue through online with in minutes. Please pass along my thanks and recognition to him.

Moved into my property on the 21st of February. The earliest they could install the WiFi was the 19th march. They came (open reach) and said there was a blockage so they couldn’t do it. I’m constantly calling up every week and they need something signing which isn’t being signed. It’s a complete faff and I wouldn’t waste my time going to this company. Advoid open reach also at all costs
Took direct debit on 16 April, one working day before Easter. On Easter Monday sent an email saying I hadn't paid and they were going to suspend my service, also text to say my direct debit was declined. Neither true, when contacted them by chat, they admitted that the payment arrived with them this morning, as I would expect, 2 working days later. Refused to apologise and claimed it was my fault this happened because my direct debit was set up with a third paty and not them, not that their software was inept and failed to account for a bank holiday weekend. This isn't even the first time they claimed I haven't paid when I have. Joke of a company
