incompetence at customer service
Since Febuary 2024 Home Telecom have been collecting my internet service direct debit, however in the last 12 months i have not been informed what date they will be taking the payment and on several collections via direct debit they have taken the wrong amount. This month they have gone a stage further and taken 2 payments for the same period 24 hours apart which has caused issues with other payments i have. having spoken to them on the 15 april they said they would sort out a refund for the second payment however when i rang them again on the 23 april to check on the progress of the refund i was informed no refund has been set up. I am tired of the constant mistakes by the incompetent company its not too difficult to get the basics right surely
