Awful company to deal with
I was migrated to home telecom from infinics, worst experience I have had from a "company" 1. I receive monthly emails stating I haven't paid, I have an active direct debit which has been paid every single month. 2. Attempting to contact anyone to rectify this issue is pointless, emails are ignored, phone calls go in circles and the customer service advisors have no clue! 3. The one time I managed to finally speak to someone I was told "oh its a direct debit from the old company, so you need to set up a new one" where the hell has my money being going!? 4. They "kindly" offered to drop the late payment charges and reinstate my service as a "gesture of good will". This is not a good will gesture its is the basics of the service I am paying for. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
