We relocated to Austin from New Zealand and were lucky enough to have met with Christy on our scouting trip. We contacted her from NZ before we left for good and she had 5-6 houses lined up for us the day after we landed in Austin, including one we liked online. She understood our requirements well and noticed things about a couple of the property's that we didn't pick up. Within a couple of days, we'd made an offer that was accepted and Christy helped us through all the paperwork (as purchasing a house in the US is quite different to back home), right until closing. Our process wasn't a simple one as we are foreigners and we honestly couldn't have done what we did without Christy. She is hands down the BEST!

We are so thankful that Christy was our Broker/Agent for our new home purchase. The Austin market is very competitive so when our house came on the market we knew we had to act fast. We made the first offer but our sellers received more than one offer that day so we had to compete to get our offer accepted. Christy expertly advised us on factors that could help our offer to stand out. We were thrilled when the seller accepted our offer! Once we were under contract, Christy helped us get a home inspection scheduled. The inspection was pretty straight forward but, with that said, we needed guidance on which items in the inspection report we really needed to “worry” about. She eased our minds on some of the inspection items and stressed the importance of others. We worked together to negotiate some repairs and got through the option period. There are so many things that Christy did to make our purchase smooth. First and foremost, she got our offer accepted! Next, Christy introduces us to great people that were able to help us with a few things we wanted to get done right after closing. She knows the best people for all kinds of trade services. They are tried and true contractors/repair man and we are very happy with everybody she connected us with. Can't say enough about how I was treated and how well my home was presented to buyers. Their staging was fantastic. The team knew the right things to emphasize. I felt well informed, but as stress free as possible when selling your loved home. Home sold at asking price within the window for me to be able to pack and move.
