We are so thankful that Christy was our Broker/Agent for our new home purchase. The Austin market is very competitive so when our house came on the market we knew we had to act fast. We made the first offer but our sellers received more than one offer that day so we had to compete to get our offer accepted. Christy expertly advised us on factors that could help our offer to stand out. We were thrilled when the seller accepted our offer! Once we were under contract, Christy helped us get a home inspection scheduled. The inspection was pretty straight forward but, with that said, we needed guidance on which items in the inspection report we really needed to “worry” about. She eased our minds on some of the inspection items and stressed the importance of others. We worked together to negotiate some repairs and got through the option period. There are so many things that Christy did to make our purchase smooth. First and foremost, she got our offer accepted! Next, Christy introduces us to great people that were able to help us with a few things we wanted to get done right after closing. She knows the best people for all kinds of trade services. They are tried and true contractors/repair man and we are very happy with everybody she connected us with.
