HomesATX Realtors Reviews

Christy Dixon's guidance and knowledge were instrumental in our successful long-distance home purchase. Her patience and expertise stood out as she never rushed us, even though we were out-of-state buyers in a competitive market. Availability was never an issue with Christy; she was always accessible and provided timely, insightful guidance. We trusted her judgment and appreciated her honesty. Christy consistently had our best interests in mind, ensuring our decisions aligned with our goals. We wholeheartedly recommend Christy for her Austin market expertise, professionalism, and enjoyable approach to real estate. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

This was my first home buying experience, and my realtor Christy made it so easy! I can't say enough good things about it, thank you!

We have bought and sold 4 homes in Austin Texas the last 14 years with the professional help of Homes ATX and specifically Christy Dixon. Each experience Christy gave us her undivided attention and always communicated every detail that would help us make an informed and comfortable decision. Her knowledge of the Austin market has been very valuable. Her integrity and trustworthiness have been impecable. Because of our experience with Homes ATX and Christy, she has become a great friend and advisor in this market and we would not consider relying on anyone else for advice and guidance. Every transaction we have been 100% satisfied. You can truly trust Homes ATX to take care of all of your real estate needs.

We were referred to Christy by our son so it was a no brainer to choose to work with her. We were from Virginia and knew nothing about the Austin market so Christy’s vast market experience was invaluable to us every step of the way. She was knowledgeable in all facets of home buying and made the entire experience a positive one especially with her casual and comfortable personal style. With her expertise, she helped us navigate and negotiate through an exceptionally strong sellers’ market made even more difficult with us being out of town buyers. She worked hard to rearrange her calendar whenever we needed her at the site and we appreciated her candor during the entire process. Overall - we had a wonderful experience with Christy for our Austin house purchase - we would definitely use her again. Thanks so much Christy!!!

I think the key to ATX Realtors is how far Christy, Brad and their team are willing to go for clients at either the buying or selling spectrum so folks have have a pleasant and highly personalized experience. They both go out of their way to help, advise, direct, and accommodate each client's experience and to treat folks as individuals. In a world of rubberstamps, and corporate formulas theirs is a truly unique business model that takes some of the stress out of relocating. Truly one of a kind realty experience.

We knew we wanted to consider Christy as our realtor, she had worked with two members of our family. Christy Dixon is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is an excellent negotiator, great with buying and selling! Thorough and professional, extremely honest and upfront, we recommend Homes ATX Team Highly. She was very communicative and easy to reach to answer our questions. She made us feel comfortable and helped us every step of the way. Simply the best realtor and real estate company we’ve ever dealt with. Homes ATX gets a five star rating from us. Thank you Christy Dixon! Mitzi and Ronny Jones

I have bought 2 homes and sold 2 homes with Christy and ATX team. The entire experience was excellent each time. The knowledge, expertise and professionalism were invaluable. The results were 4 flawless experiences with ATX.

We've used Christy and HomesATX twice to buy and sell our home and we cannot say enough great things about them! They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of every step of the process. When we were house hunting, Christy set up numerous showings for us and helped us draft countless offers. When it came time to sell our house, Christy helped us with everything, including putting our house on the market, staging, reviewing contracts, and selling our house. She met with us regularly to make sure we understood how the market was going and was always easily accessible. I recommend Christy to all my friends and family and words cannot express how much she has done for us. THANK YOU CHRISTY!

We had an amazing experience working with Christy and her team @ HomesATX. Christy came highly recommended by a good friend of ours. Right from the off, we noticed her high level of professionalism. Rather than giving a thumbs-up to all our wishes, she was honest about what our property was worth considering the market and our location. This is super important as the home sale process can be an extremely emotional experience. With her in-depth local knowledge, experience, and judgement, we were able to get a great offer for our home while maintaining the tight timeline we were on. To top it off, Christy was super easy to work with and factored in our input while keeping our feet on the ground.

Great expreience and wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend!

Christy, Rhonda and the team were amazing. Whatever we needed or asked for they were there. Seemed like we had several annoying and picky little things that came up even after we closed and they were there to help…. Always prompt and responsive and helpful… beyond the call…. Over and above but never put out or impatient. From housekeeping to handyman… HOA issues ( which are EXTREMELY annoying) they were there to help. We would recommend them to anyone in any neighborhood or price range. We could not have been happier and would never use anyone else in the future.

I highly recommend this team!  From the first meeting, it was clear they understand all aspects of the Austin market from the intricacies of Barton Hills to Hyde Park.  In the end, what I appreciated most was the recommendations and quality of her extended network from the house inspector to the contacts with the title company.   If you want a trustworthy, responsive, and adaptive team this is the one I would choose again without hesitation.

Christy and her team are amazing to work with. We had lots of obstacles with our last purchase ( on the sellers end) and we overcame them one by one as a team. This is our 3rd time buying and selling with her and I can not say enough good things. She is prompt at responding and so is her team. She will continue to be our realtor. Reliable, friendly, hard working and intelligent on real estate and the Austin and surrounding area markets!

Christy is my hero, she helped us to find our dream house. She has a great personality, she listens to your needs and understands when you hesitate. We saw many houses and every time she was punctual, on time and had all information we need. She is hard working and very reliable agent. My husband and I fully trust her. No doubts she is the fastest agent you need in this crazy market.

Absolutely LOVED working with Christy and Raegan!! They are the best!! My daughter recommended them and they did not disappoint. Not only are they very professional, they are also very kind and thoughtful with many little details as well as personal considerations which we REALLY appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying as they helped us with both and made things so much less stressful!! Thank you Christy and Raegan!!!!!

Christy and the team at HomesATX were amazing! She got us well over asking and even managed to get us closed during the middle of record breaking winter storm in the middle of a global pandemic. Christy was super responsive and went above and beyond for us as we dealt with these unprecedented situations. I highly recommend Christy and HomesATX!

Christy was the ever present friend who guided us through the land acquisition in Driftwood. She followed up immediately when we had a concern or a question. We were indebted to her for her knowledge.

We were so fortunate to find Christy when we moved to Austin. She helped us find the perfect house for the right price and was so patient with us as we went back and forth with living in the city verses building further out. Christy went above and beyond, and helped us negotiate against 4 other offers and we got our dream home! We cannot speak more highly of her and have referred all our friends to her that are moving to Austin.

Had an amazing experience working with Christy at HomesATX. We found our dream home in Austin, in large part thanks to Christy. She knows the area well, is an experienced realtor, is extremely quick and responsive, and is just a delightful person to work with. Highly, highly recommend.

My husband and I moved to Texas in September with the goal of getting into a home before the end of the year. We thought it was a long shot. Within 1 week we had put an offer in on a house and shortly after discovered our offer had been accepted! There's no way it could have happened with out Christy's help. From day 1 she was dialed in, helping us get to know the different neighborhoods, hone our search, and make things happen. Extremely responsive, incredibly organized, action-oriented - everything you could want in someone who's role it is to help you find your home. We've already recommended her to several friends and family planning their move to Austin!
