Very quick to respond, and we're very professional
Ordered a two and three seater recliners. Was informed of delivery date quite quickly. Had several text messages and emails to confirm delivery date including the night before delivery date. Took a days annual leave to receive delivery. The morning of the delivery I received a text message to inform me that delivery will not take place due to the furniture not being delivered to the depot! Was informed they will arrange another date. Waited a few days and no contact from them. I emailed and asked where my furniture was, received an email to say they will look into it and get back to me. Ten days passed and no communication from them. Phoned the Home detail to hear an automated message advising to email them! Sent another email explaining the situation and commented that I was not happy with the customer service so far. Had an email back to advise that the furniture has been lost in transit! Was offered a replacement or refund so opted for refund.
Seen it, bought it , delivered within hours , great.
I was kept up to date with the delivery & the driver rang to confirm the time he would arrive. He was professional & friendly
sold me a faulty sofa, was in contact for months that led to a year and still could not get a refund. Didn’t look like the photographs and poorly made. Legs were bending in and uncomfortable. They sent out another sofa without offering to collect the faulty product, aware of my disabilities and that it would incur me extra costs. I’m now stuck with 2 sofas i don’t like and don’t want and hundreds of pounds down. No compensation. They should have given me a refund. Terrible company bordering on ablest and inhumane in their approach to “customer care”

Great buying experience, easy to pay for with shop pay or GPay, delivery within a few days, lovely item of furniture and the delivery guys were efficient, friendly and helpful. Well done home detail.
Great little dehumidifier at a great price! Compact and very portable. Full of cool features you wouldn't expect for the price tag Our old miner's cottage is now bone-dry and free of black mould on the walls. I have about half a dozen of these units scattered about our home keeping the humidity under control and they are all working well. Recomended.
Great value and quality chair. Looked just as good as it did on the website. Also, great customer service - we needed to move the delivery date and it was seamlessly done.

Very impressed all round. Speedy delivery, delivery men were great, table and chairs packed really well and very secure, very easy to assemble. The table and chairs look great and are sturdy - so glad we made this choice!
