Overall, a great service. Fast delivery and the sofa is lovely. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that we struggled to screw in one of the sofa legs as the hole wasn't drilled in correctly and the delivery driver only gave us 20 minutes notice before delivery, not 30/60 minutes as agreed which we planned for. But, the delivery service was great, the sofa was taken up the stairs (I live in an apartment) and safely and efficiently placed into the living room. From the point of order to the sofa arriving, we were kept informed via email, text and call. The sofa itself is better than it looked online, very classy and comfy. I would use Home Detail again.

Excellent service

The chair looked lovely I was very pleased I only sat on it 3times on the 4th it collapsed while I was sitting on it the bar had broken on the end fortunately I didn’t hurt myself I am an old lady with mobility problems I am not a large built person the chair has been boxed up for returning.

I ordered a recliner for my wife who is in a care home.The recliner was reduced from its normal price,a reduction of about 14%.It was delivered within a few days directly to the home and was assembled by staff at the home. A good service ,reasonably quick delivery and the recliner very comfortable for my wife who is immobile. A good shopping experience , very good service.

Delivery was quick but I did order the wrong size, have requested to change it, had no response yet. Courier was supposed to pick it up but, its been a no show so far. Problem was resolved quickly with no hassle. Thank you.

Fast delivery , great sofabed

Completely in love with my sofa. But company should use another courier than SmartConsign. They didn't ring my buzzer or bring up the sofa to my flat which is two floors up. I nearly pulled my back muscles
