Kept in touch, fast delivery and day of delivery was on time

I had a few questions. And concerns too. My concerns were placated and my questions answered very quickly. Excellent service overall. Including their choice of couriers.

So far so good . I am still experimenting. I love the way it looks. The colour goes with my appliances wonderfully. The only thing I would say is get a slip mat because it moved on my particular worktop.

I ordered the Durham Kids Cabin Bed single for a considerable price of £319 prior to discount and a current price of £249 which is not a cheap price for a kids bed but I thought a good quality bed deserved the price. Low and behold firstly the packaging appeared tampered with the box looked really old and used and was taped up again as if someone had already opened it. Second of all I noticed there were various cracked products and screws and nails that looked like that had been opened and taped again. (I have pictures to prove all of this) Thirdly the instructions were very poor but in the midst of all the problems that was the least of our concerns. Lastly when we finally assembled the bed quality is the last thing I would describe this bed as. The draws are extremely flimsy they basically don’t go all the way to the back of the bed they sort of hang midway in the bed. Now for a kids bed it’s ridiculous. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this product save your money and get a bed elsewhere. The insult to give me somebodies second hand product and not even do a good job at hiding it!

The item that I bought from Home Details was very well priced and they were very good at keeping me updated about when the item I purchased would be delivered. When I received said item, it was an excellent quality piece and I'm very pleased that I got it. All in all it was a very good buying experience and I would use this company again for furniture purchases.

Super quick delivery arrived the next day, very impressed.

Delivery guys polite and arrived a bit earlier than scheduled which was fine by me. No phonecall before delivery. Took care taking item into house and putting in dining room. Table looks good quality and no damage. Very well packaged. Table top came boxed in wooden frame for extra protection in transit which was good. Although a little difficult to remove the wooden frame. Recommended

My Blue, 3 seater, chesterfield designed, sofa arrived earlier then estimated, which was great. Constant communication via text and email kept me updated on the delivery itself. Delivery was timely, delivery people, were friendly. The Sofa itself was delivered in 3 boxes and had to be assembled but this was extremely simple and took minutes. The sofa itself is beautiful. The colour is Royal blue rather than navy. It feels luxurious and looks much more expensive then the price payed. This is my second, so now I have a matching pair. I would definitely buy from home detail again. Their prices are reasonable and their service is really good.

Some of the chairs the paint flaked off when we took out of box, it was easy to assemble and I like the free delivery .. quality is ok get what you pay for
