I realised a lot of good things to buy a sofa bed

When we phoned to ask about the product I was given the information that I needed,the armchairs that we bought are very safe/sturdy and most of all they are very comfortable.

This bed is beyond my expectations, good quality for very reasonable price.

First off let’s talk about the delivery time, this was a terrible experience as they said they were going to deliver three times but not once did the try to deliver the item. The wagon broke down the first time so couldn’t deliver second time no contact third time they said they had attempted to deliver it but that was a lie aswell as I had taken a third day off from work and nobody had been. Total lies from ArrowXL then a fourth time it was delivered with the box being battered to bits. Please please avoid ArrowXL at all costs. Home detail were ok with trying to get me updates but they shouldn’t be using ArrowXL and the quality and comfort of the snug chair is pretty poor to be honest. Keep your money for a better chair from elsewhere.

Super fast delivery, good communication. The Air fryer was excellent quality for the price and came with all the tools. Struggled a little with getting the temperatures I wanted as most are preset but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. Results have been great so far. Very impressed.

I ordered wrong product they quickly refunded my money, well done, very impressed.

I was not expecting my purchase to be delivered so quickly as I was given a time scale of 10 to 14 days. However, this arrived within 2 working days. My sofa fitted perfectly in the space I wanted it for and it was good value for money.

Great sofa.

I changed my mind shortly after paying. I emailed on a Friday night late, expecting it to be too late to cancel,as I chose express delivery. To my surprise I my order was cancelled and a refund issued Mon morning. Thank you so much!

The'chair' was left unassembled in the hallway. The carer was told they didn't have time to assemble it. I had spoken to someone previously and told them the chair was for someone with special needs living in assisted living. Basically until we can get someone to assemble it, it will be useless

I am very pleased with these chairs and would recommend buying them. They look even more expensive in person and the quality is absolutely amazing! Well worth the money.

Great product, even quicker delivery

I just wanted to let everyone know this company is fantastic!! I was looking for a sofa bed and found one on eBay that I loved but it didn’t have a very good mattress so I decided to have a look on google and I came across this site, beautiful products exactly what I wanted and deeper mattresses, unbeknownst to me this is a Scottish company, to my absolute delight!! As I live in Stirling, not only did they keep me informed at every step but they actually answered the phone when I called with any questions, the sofa is exactly as described And is super comfortable but I’m still going to buy a mattress topper for extra comfort, it’s just gorgeous I love it! Delighted with the sofa I bought from Home Detail. To be honest, I bought it to be able to fit myself and two dogs on and I'm not sure what I expected, given the price and the fact it came in boxes, BUT I was really impressed. It seems to be a sturdy item, nice and firm currently but will no doubt soften over time. The gold/mustard colour is really nice and it looks fabulous. Had lots of nice comments about it already. Not expecting it to last forever but it was so easy to put together (very easy for 2 people, but one fit and handy person could probably manage by themselves). Would definitely buy from Home Detail again!

Bought a sofa / bed for my garage conversion. Very cheap but quality exceeded my expectations. And it has drinks holders 😁 delivered on time . No complaints 👍
