We got 2 ,, 2 seater settees witch we had to put together, one went up no trouble, the other well!! struggled for awhile till we noticed the fittings were all the same and would not fit together, reported it after a few more email, phone calls, was told to video it??? Had to go out and buy more fittings,,, would not buy from here again!!!

Excellent customer service throughout the process. There was a little bit of damage to one of the arms but this was very quickly sorted and a new one sent with no problem. Very happy indeed with our purchase

Quick delivery quality product and discount
not recieved my order courier they used is a joke , told me on the day of delivery with no prior notice that item was out for delivery when i was at work , there tracking had no way of diverting or rescheduling , and said they would leave a card to reschedule delivery and was nothing through my door contacted both the company and the courier , but if i dont have a resolution or some update asap i will be contacting bank and getting my money back. Not happy right now.

I have noticed that Home Detail only respond to positive reviews but never answer those who are very unhappy. I was going to purchase some items from them however will now not do so.
I was somewhat shocked, I had no idea my sofa bed came in boxes, when I ordered it nothing was mentioned. The delivery men were very pleasant and apologetic. Not at all pleased should have been mentioned when I ordered the sofa bed.
I would have given 5 stars but delivery wasn't the best. FedEx was used and I was advised the order was to be delivered two days in a row but wasn't and the tracking said not even attempted, I had stayed in as a signature was required. On the third day I had to go out and tried to sign in advance on the FedEx system but it wouldn't allow me to do this. I came back to find a card saying that delivery was attempted but I wasn't here to sign for it! The order finally arrived on the fourth day. I'm happy with the dehumidifier I ordered and it was at a good price, however, the delivery issues have put me off ordering from Home Detail again.

Was worried buying a Humidifier, as the last one I bought sounded like a helicopter when on, had to return it. Bought one from Home Detail , was pleasantly surprised and I’m keeping it. Arrived within 48 hrs was very happy with my purchase. Would recommend.
I purchased a velvet sofa from them which looks nice but it is uncomfortable. Poorly made on the inside but functional. It does the job. The communication with Home Detail was very poor. Not helpful at all especially that they messed with the delivery date and I had to sort it out myself directly with the delivery company.

The dehumidifier is very nice and works very well, collects 3 tanks during the day. Fast delivery. I recommend.
