sold me a faulty sofa
sold me a faulty sofa, was in contact for months that led to a year and still could not get a refund. Didn’t look like the photographs and poorly made. Legs were bending in and uncomfortable. They sent out another sofa without offering to collect the faulty product, aware of my disabilities and that it would incur me extra costs. I’m now stuck with 2 sofas i don’t like and don’t want and hundreds of pounds down. No compensation. They should have given me a refund. Terrible company bordering on ablest and inhumane in their approach to “customer care”
