Lost!
Ordered a two and three seater recliners. Was informed of delivery date quite quickly. Had several text messages and emails to confirm delivery date including the night before delivery date. Took a days annual leave to receive delivery. The morning of the delivery I received a text message to inform me that delivery will not take place due to the furniture not being delivered to the depot! Was informed they will arrange another date. Waited a few days and no contact from them. I emailed and asked where my furniture was, received an email to say they will look into it and get back to me. Ten days passed and no communication from them. Phoned the Home detail to hear an automated message advising to email them! Sent another email explaining the situation and commented that I was not happy with the customer service so far. Had an email back to advise that the furniture has been lost in transit! Was offered a replacement or refund so opted for refund.
