I knew what I wanted...

I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.

Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Pathetic after-sales service

After purchasing the car 14th July I took the car to my trusted mechanic to inspect the car for any faults. He identified an issue with the automatic gearbox so we reached out to Hilton Car Supermarket to discuss the issue and how they would support us in remedying the matter, either by support in fixing or returning the car for a full refund (which is a legal right). The after-sales service is pitiful / shameful / non-existent. Our car has a serious issue with the automatic gearbox and we were advised the repair costs would be substantial and not covered in full by the pathetic "warranty" they give you with a company called Warranties2000. We called to speak to a lady called Joanna who we were advised would assist us - she just didn't. My partner made a large number of phone calls trying to speak to Joanna and left messages / emails and she did not have the courtesy to reply. Neither did the branch manager, Deep. I'm furious with the lack of courtesy displayed here by this company and would recommend that if you did buy a car here, you reserve it and get an independent mechanic to inspect it before completing your purchase. No doubt Hilton will offer the stock response that they're sorry they didn't meet expectation etc etc, but please keep my comments on the after-sales service (or lack of it) in mind before using this company. I assure you, we will not be a repeat customer! It's also a shame that Hilton Car Supermarket put more stock (and are more reactive to) in replying to negative online reviews than they do actually speaking to their unhappy customers.

Zayn is great!

A few little issues re: purchase of second hand car but no more than you would reasonably expect. Zayn was superb - always responded to questions immediately (even on his day off) and all the little issues were resolved prior to purchase.

What an exquisite online car buying experience!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car online from Hilton Car Supermarket, and I must say the experience was absolutely exquisite. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and thoroughly professional. A special shout-out goes to Eze, who was instrumental in making this such a pleasant experience. Eze's professional sales skills were evident from our first interaction. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my purchase decision. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the selection process with genuine care and expertise. Eze handled the entire transaction with impeccable professionalism, from the initial inquiry to the finalization of the deal. He ensured that all details were clearly communicated, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and preferences. His commitment to providing outstanding customer service was evident at every step. I am incredibly satisfied with my new car and the overall buying experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The car I bought had two issues, the person I dealt with assured me these would be resolved easily and all covered by warranty. I am now months on and have been emailing and phoning daily and am yet to have my issue resolved. At every stage I am promised a call back and never receive one. Each time I eventually get through to someone they assure me it is all about to be sorted and then I wait and it isn't. I have spent months trying to get a simple issue repaired and paid for and they couldn't care less about their customers, as soon as you have left the building you are on your own. I have emailed the CEO directly and he has ignored and never responded. This is dealership that shells terrible cars in bad condition and then leaves you to solve the mess yourself. Avoid at all costs. The most useless company I have ever dealt with.

Literally shocking.

But of a long one I do apologise but where do I start? Arrived Wednesday for our 12pm appointment to sit for half an hour waiting for our sales man. Looked at the car I was interested in and found a list of issues such as - break discs were absolutely shot to pieces and needed replacing - smashed left hand wing mirror - significant paintwork damage drivers side door - a multitude of scratches and chips in paintwork - no mats in the footwell of the car - scuffed alloys However upon informing our sales man of these issues he hurried off to see if he can fix them. He then returned and said we can fix it all if you’re happy to wait a few days for the car. I said fine that’s great. Before I knew it the car was whisked off for its MOT & repairs. Here is where the issues then really began. They took my car (2019 plate seat with 39000 miles on the clock) to be inspected by a mechanic to be valued. They came back and said the following - scuffed alloy (I was aware of) - broken window button (I was aware of) - chipped windscreen which they stated they’d have to replace the whole screen. I have since looked at the chip and it’s not much bigger than a pinhead. - there is a funny noise coming from the engine when we remove the dipstick so there could be an issue with the engine so because of this we will take £500 off the value. Now my car has been fully serviced in January and had an MOT 2 weeks ago and I took my dad with me who is a mechanic & while he could hear a slight change in the noise it was making, he still disagreed with this potential engine issue so we left, and I made an appointment to take it to the garage who MOT and service it for me to ask for their opinion. When we arrived home, my dad just so happened to top up my windscreen wash for me and noticed something unusual. The air breather hose was not attached where it should be and was actually tucked underneath the engine so it was hardly visible. Weird, since if it has just become disconnected by itself it would have been flapping around not tucked under something. He then reconnected the hose and the slight noise we had heard disappeared. Again, strange because once connected it took some force to then pull it back off, so I struggle to understand how this has spontaneously come free and tucked itself under the engine. I then received a call back informing me he had spoken to his manager and because I like the car so much they’ll offer an additional £300 for mine. I then explained we had fixed this ‘issue’ and he said oh brilliant if the noise is gone we will offer another £200 which put us back up to the offer we were originally happy with. He then informs me he will call me back to let me know when I am able to bring the car back on Saturday. He never called back, and I called twice the following day to try and get an appointment. He eventually called me back and made the appointment and said let’s get your finance application sorted over the phone. I said no because if I bring it back Saturday and there are still issues then I’ve applied for finance I don’t need so I’ll wait until then. So I take the car back Saturday. Arrive 10 mins late and phone them to advise of this and sales man is not even there he’s somewhere else. Turns up and says let’s get your car revalued and go from there. Another 20 mins go by and he comes in and says I’ve got bad news for you. There’s another noise coming from the engine that wasn’t there the other day. I have hardly driven this car since weds as I am off on maternity leave!! We asked for the noise to be shown to us and my dad asked for the mechanic who is saying there is a problem to come out and explain it to him. Funnily enough the mechanic wasn’t free to come and have that conversation with my dad so the sales man came out and stood there looking at the car saying when you rev it there’s a slight noise coming from it. My dad has been a mechanic for F1 for 40 + years. His job is to build engines he has built his motorbike engines, car engines from scratch he is not an idiot and it’s actually insulting that this man stood there telling us there is a noise that does not exist. Safe to say I told him politely I’m done and thanks for wasting our time not once but twice, and I will certainly not be going to this dealership again. What’s even more insulting is the message I received afterwards telling me why don’t I sell my car privately and I might get more for it and then I’m very welcome back to purchase one from them. Good job I didn’t apply for the finance over the phone like he wanted me too as that would have been a waste of time too. Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to purchase a car & I won’t be recommending you to anyone. Ever.
