Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Avoid at all cost! Dangerous Car sold with no checks!!!!

Avoid at all cost!! the same day I purchased the vehicle I noticed some faults. I contacted Hilton and was told to find a garage for the warranty. That garage was amazing and helpful! However, they found £10k+ worth of damages and faults with the car and deemed it unsafe and unfit for purpose. Hilton assured me all checks were carried out, however the oil filter was never changed resulting to oil leaking into the engine! The communication I received from Hilton has been appalling and I am returning the vehicle as they put me and others in danger by selling an unsafe car!

Car faulty after 7 days

Bought a car, and 7 days later, I discovered that they had painted over the cracks in the bumper and glued the underside to prevent it from being unstuck.

Good car. Promises not kept.

I bought a (21) Skoda Superb from Hilton Car Supermarket 3 weeks ago. GOOD: - They have a good selection of cars and I thought the price was good for the car. - The guy who dealt with me was helpful. - The car appears to be as described. No major issues, but time will tell. NOT GOOD: - The car was missing body trim from the driver door handle. The sales person explained they already had the part on order (due to arrive that day apparently), which would absolutely be sent on to my home address. It never arrived. That says something about aftercare and maybe something about their reliability. A bit disappointing. If you're reading this HCS, what about it? Will that part be sent on to me? - No tyre inflation device fitted (or spare wheel), which seems a bit odd. I think maybe they forgot to put one back in the car after cleaning it. Unsatisfactory.

Scam Car Dealership

Scam Car Dealership Was buying a car from Hilton on finance but they added a 2 year warranty for £1499 on my finance agreement without my knowledge!!. I am aware uk consumer law gives a 6 month warranty on the purchase of a used car. After 3 weeks the gearbox system warning sign has appeared, I am trying to contact Hilton Aftersales for 5 days now with promises of a call back but no call as of yet!!. Complete joke of a company. No wonder they have the lowest customer scores of all car Dealers, I should have read the reviews before I brought!!!.

Very Helpful!

Terence was very helpful in answering all of our questions on the car and the process, and good company on a test drive! Made everything really easy, and answered all our questions honestly. They have so many cars here too, at a fair price. If you are just browsing it is worth a visit.

AVOID, SHOP ELSEWHERE. DON'T EVEN THINK OF SPENDING MONEY HERE.

After sales services are not there. Nobody returns calls, or emails, you can leave as many messages as you want. They don't care after they have your cash. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I only want what they promised me at the point of sale, and even that is too much to ask. They said they had ordered a door bezel for the drivers door. It was to be with them by the 10th they would spray it and get it to me, still I've heard nothing or received anything despite calling and emailing. On one occasion I was told someone will contact me the next day. NOTHING! They delivered my vehicle with the tyre pressure warning light on on the dash pressure was 18 psi below normal, the tyre worn to a point it needed replacing, done at my own cost. I'll probably get a sorry for the service here, but that'll be it. Very disappointed with the service. So despite them contacting me following the review, promising to get the part promised, and keep me updated, still nothing, I have emailed twice to ask for an update but NO REPLY. absolutely shocking. Despite numerous Emails following them contacting me telling me the part will be delivered within 2 or 3 days and nothing arriving. They still don't respond. I've never used such a poor car sales services ever. I'll soon be InTouch with the AA. As they are apparently approved by the AA, and see what they have to say. So here we are 4 months down the road and still this company has failed to make contact or respond to god knows how many emails and calls. Don't be fooled by the AA assurance, it isn't worth it. They will take your money and drop you like a hot stone. I can't emphasis this enough. Never even bother with them even if they have the vehicle of your dreams. You will be disappointed. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
