I knew what I wanted, and had some specific and unique criteria that I was looking for in my BMW. Ali was very prompt, professional, and searched far and wide to locate a vehicle that we were able to do a deal on.

Worst garage I have ever dealt with

Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The customer service is shocking, my car broke down within 3 weeks of having it and ended up being off the road for 6 weeks, they only gave me a courtesy car when I expressed I have disabled children and was having time off work and school because we had no transport. Would never purchase a car here again. AVOID.

Poor Aftersales

Service of viewing a car, dealing with Raqib in sales was faultless. The issue is all about the aftersales. When I test drove the vehicle it had a flat tyre which I was assured would be fixed if I purchased the car. I purchased the car and a day later the tyre sensor warning came on! The company kindly offered me £70 towards a new one and all I had to do is email the aftersales team with my invoice. I sent 3 emails over the span of two weeks and finally got a reply saying it will be paid back the next day and one week later with 2 more emails sent - NOTHING. No reply, no money back. They sold me a car knowing there was a fault, they convinced me they would reimburse me and have decided to ignore my emails. Not impressed at all

Great Personal Service from Mr Ezenwa…

Great Personal Service from Mr Ezenwa who from the initial conversation about the car kept in communication throughout the process. On arriving greeted and talked me through the vehicle and test drive. On a previous visit the staff made us feel welcomed and no pressured selling at all. Thx U Ezenwa and Team Hilton

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE ! totally mis sold my bmw 2 series, purchased under 2 weeks ago.. with 12 months MOT, and recent service, test drove okay but have experienced countless issues in the last 13 days of having the car. Engine light came on, had to go for a diagnostic check and car check, the breaks were worn down, metal on metal, exhaust needs replacing, costing £750 and I was told the connect drive panel needs updating at £150 but speaking to a garage they said chances are I need a new panel which could cost £2000, told by the sales advisor Abu I can pay for the update and they will reimburse me, now they are back tracking. Avoid at all costs, I regret purchasing my car from this place, it has caused me nothing but stress everyday for two weeks, having to get the bus to work as not road worthy or feel safe in the motor. 30 days warranty included but it’s ongoing communication and a battle to get anything resolved straight away :(

Quite disappointed in my car

Quite disappointed in my car. Just a few minor things which show it has not really been cared for whilst in storage; one of they keys battery was low, windscreen wash was completely empty when i set off, then also pulls quite hard to the right under breaking. Have tried to contact Hilton regarding this but no one seems to want to chat to me about it.

Very good cars and helpful staff

My experience purchasing my car was amazing! It was very intimidating at first as it was my first time getting finance on a car and I’m quite young, but the staff at Hilton were so helpful and welcoming. The salesman was very friendly and reassured me as we went through the process. The finance manager was especially helpful and spent a long time getting me a good deal and even gave me tips on insuring myself on the car! Although the whole process took quite a long time, all the staff were very busy and we had everything sorted and I drove away with the car on the same day so totally happy with waiting around for a bit! On the whole the staff were all great and very helpful. The car itself is amazing and in amazing condition so I am very happy to have chosen Hilton for my purchase.

Ali is a fantastic guy. He made the whole process seamless. Ali was really helpful and the service as a whole was really amazing. I got a good deal and awesome discounts on my Mercedes Benz.
