Happy with the house in general. A couple issues with bugs upon move in. And we have a leak that we made them aware of over a week ago and it has yet to be rectified. The amount of things they make you responsible for is also kind of ridiculous when you don’t own the property.
Changing my rating to 1 star, none if I could. This is a poor excuse for a management company, as it’s taken an incredible amount of time to repair something that was clearly an issue before we took over the residence. They lack communication between departments, which just leads to nothing happening until you pester them enough. Charlie, he regional manager of the area, is one of the most insincere, unethical individuals I’ve ever come in to contact with. He will take back things he previously said, so make sure you record every conversation you have with anybody. Also, expect it to take weeks to get a simple answer, as they do not make callbacks until you’ve reached out a half dozen times.
We should’ve rethought going with a Great Jones property when they gave glimpses of this poor communication initially when we sent our applications through. We will most definitely be looking elsewhere in the future. I do not recommend Great Jones.
