Property Owners Alert
As a property owner, my experience has been disappointing. In the beginning their communication was timely ,but not anymore. Once my property was available for rental, that is when Great Jones became incompetent. 1)-Repairs Great Jones requested were not made until I called to inquire why my property was not listed on any sites for rent as it had been 3 weeks since my check was cashed, The issue was the accounting department never informed the maintenance department of my payment. The problem, was eventually resolved by Great Jones. 2)I recently discovered $575.00 in maintenance fees I never approved. 3) My contract did not allow for pets but someone signed by name approving a pet. I was never contacted. 4) Every month thus far, I have found accounting errors. As a warning, my emails and voicemails are either not responded to or not acknowledged in a timely manner, It has been very frustrating experience.
