Recently I've been searching for a place, and successfully found one on their website and was able to tour it via Rently. While I put the key back in the lock holder, I applied immediately on my phone. The next day I called the number on the sign that is placed outside of the home, to know what to expect if there was another application for the home, because I've been looking for a while and have spent hundreds of dollars applying for homes. The number was local but somehow I was placed with a customer service line, to which they could offer me NO information! . The only thing they could offer me was to "forward a message to the property manager" ( to which was done 3+ times ! )to give me a call. Mind you the application process should only take 3-5 days. Take a guess! Ive had no contact, that was over a week ago. Another fact for you, I applied the Thursday before last around 8 o clock, I applied with a co applicant as well, submitting it around 10pm. The next day: Friday, is when I initially called to see if there was another app for the house, it was taken down 2 HOURS later ! THEREFORE, there was already an approved app and they were negligent and did not take it down from the site! Unprofessional! UNACCEPTABLE. If you'd like to lose your money, feel free to apply! I am furious and the true rating would be negative stars ! It is not okay in anyway to take someone's money, especially during these times !
