not paying for a code!
I don’t understand their reluctance to actually do their job & SHOW a property. I’m sitting outside a garden st, Clearwater rental & I truly believe its the place for me but Kyle hung up on me when I called to see it/get the code. I registered, took pictures of myself & my license, entered my credit card but I’m just not willing to pay $$ for a code to see if I like a rental property. And nobody else has made me pay to get a code. I wonder if the owner knows that people want to see & potentially rent their property but these guys won’t send someone to meet me or give me the lockbox code. I’m sitting at the property & *rly* like it. And to be hung up on when I said I wasn’t paying $$ to get a code? Come on... use your words. Do better. Try to communicate. It’s called being professional. Which this agency doesn’t appear to be. Sadly for the property owner of 803 Garden.
