I’m truly disappointed
I’m truly disappointed. The first rental I wanted “wasn’t available” so I had to chose one that was priced higher. I moved in February 4th and I’ve had nothing but issues. I have no contact information for my property manager and they(whomever is on the other side of the emails) barely responds. On move in day I didn’t have a HVAC system installed meamikg I had no heat. It was 48 degrees in my rental. The flood lights don’t work and it’s extremely dark when I come home from work. There was a dog in the yard and I almost didn’t see it because it was so dark. The dryer plug isn’t even a dryer plug it’s a kitchen plug so now I can’t use my washer and dryer until they fix it. (AND THEY TAKE FOREVER) Also I have plugs in the kitchen that I can’t use because the cords won’t go into them. I’ve been here two weeks and there is already a slow drain in the tub. I understand the house is rented “as is” but that refers to the chipped paint and dirty floors that’s in here. It shouldn’t apply to major/minor electrical and appliances that need to be fixed. They took my money and let me move into a house that was not move in ready. This is upsetting.
