Can NoT reach a live person
I have been trying to get in contact with an actual property manager for Great Jones for weeks about a rental property in my area. It is obvious they do not care to rent out the properties that is why they sit for so long empty... this one 59 days.... All I received is several computer generated emails that someone would contact me , no one has You can call and get in touch with their call center , but they have no actual information or knowledge of the properties and I’m not even sure the call center is in the US. Probably for the best since this is the service they obviously give UPDATE : They responded almost 2 years later ! See below
