Horrible Communication
This company has horrible communication. They’ve been charging me for utilities for a year stating that they are paying my utilities. Ive been calling and emailing and they keep saying I need to send in proof that I’m paying my own bills. I’ve done that multiple time and every time I do, all communication stops and all of a sudden nobody responds to my emails anymore. Whenever I call in they tell me its nothing they can do and they’ll send a message to the proper department. Additionally they are charging me for some con service bill that I know absolutely nothing about.
