Opportunity for Improvement
My property Manager, Alex Vercheski, is the best one I have ever had. My issue is with maintenance and vendor selection. My tenants are constantly complaining that maintenance is difficult or impossible to reach and response times are too long or they do not receive a response at all. My experience is that I have had vendors for repairs that provided service that was unsatisfactory and left the tenants with a mess and had to return to the site to complete the services and clean up. My expectations would be to have the best/highest quality vendors working for Great Jones.
