Holly from the customer service team was brilliant and so helpful. I had a couple of queries regarding the transfer of tickets that I'd unfortunately had to sell, and she was a great help.

The customer service team ( Holly, Laura and Amy) were fantastic in dealing with my enquires and questions over disability access tickets and parking. Thank you team!!
I never received the tickets booked through Gigantic and to which we paid service and postage fees. Their 'Customer Services' ignored my emails. The situation was sorted and we were able to see the event thanks only to staff at the theatre - absolutely no thanks to Gigantic. A terrible company that I'll never use again.
Amy Davis was a fantastic help she remained positive throughout. She was very understanding of the situation. And did all she could to help. Thank you Amy Davis.
Holly sorted out our booking for us, facilitated us getting the right tickets and issued a refund for what we had over paid. Very helpful and kind.
Amy Davies was such a huge help! Thank you!
I purchased some tickets for the Gianni Versace exhibition at the Arches in London today. I needed to change the date of of my visit which the Arches tells me I can do. I was advised that the change needs to be via the carrier who are Gigantic tickets. I sent 3 emails yesterday and have called twice but no answer. The Arches responded to me and copied in Gigantic but I still have no response. The ordinal booking is for 2pm today.
Do not recommend it!Bough tickets for the Granite City festival (in Aberdeen 28.06.25.)for myself and wife.QR code of tickets don't work on entry. Therefore,we got denied the entry.I hawe been emailing and phoned to the customer service for at least a refund, been ignored. This was first and definitely last time purchasing from this scum site.
I'm learning to live with a new life-changing disability, and some of the things I took for granted - like going to concerts - are very difficult for me now. Gigantic, and specifically Gemma, have been absolutely fantastic in helping me get through it. I haven't been to the gig yet, but so far getting accessible tickets, blue badge parking pass etc has been super smooth, and I'm so grateful to her help. Here's hoping the gig itself goes just as smoothly!
Very helpful friendly staff, dealt with my enquiry very quickly, Gemma was an absolute pleasure to deal with, 12 out of 10 you just couldn't get any better 🙂
I can’t fault this company and especially the service I received from Gemma. Applying for an accessibility ticket and Gemma was extremely helpful and such a quick response. All resolved with minimal fuss. Thank you for all of your support.
Easy to book my gig tickets via their website. No stupid app to download to phone, just the option to present your ticket using your phone or by way of an A4 paper ticket printed from a PDF. Highly recommended, will be happy to buy tickets from them in the future. FIVE STARS.
I purchased Ludovico tickets for the 6th July and contacted Gigantic a week before after receiving an email to say my tickets were available in the app. My tickets were not visible in the venue app and I emailed 3 times before the event trying to make sure I would have access to them as my event was on a Sunday. Gigantic replied saying I would have access the day before as this was the normal policy but my tickets never arrived. I contacted them multiple times on Sunday to have no response and therefore could not attend the event. I have submitted a refund request and I have not heard back from the company. Please avoid using this service as this seems to be an ongoing theme.
Had to buy tickets twice for a gig due to a technical glitch on the venues website a few nights ago. I contacted Gigantic Tickets customer service team and Gemma the Assistant Manager contacted me the very next day to short out a refund for the extra tickets. Gemma was fantastic in shorting out a refund quickly and kept me up dated via email. Very efficient but personable customer service, thank you.
Great service! Really fast turnaround. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks again Holly.
Literally not fit for purpose Bought tickets to see Einaudi, couldn’t access them via the venue app. For me for some reason the system in place didn’t work. Despite asking customer services for support with this twice no new support was offered, just do what you are doing Then I was directed to a venue who had no support I could find for a Sunday night concert So I missed the concert. Tickets had cost nearly £200 When I raised this with gigantic and asked for a refund, it was refused Apparently not being able to access tickets they have sold you is not their problem Speechless
I’ve been emailing for a week regarding my tickets but no one has responded to me. Please could someone get in touch with me ASAP
We had tickets to the Alison Moyet concert. The opening act was a singer that we had never heard of and wouldn't want to hear again. Imelda May cancelled due to illness. Daniel Gillespie of The Feeling took her place. He was ok but had no backing singers. Alison Moyet is great, a brilliant artiste but the stage was just to big for her, in fact for all of them. A stage that size needs a buzz with lighting, more musical backup or backing singers. The whole thing was a disappointment. As for the food and drink stalls, so over priced and as a vegetarian not a lot of choice. What I had was cold and tastless with soggy fries.
Bought a last min ticket for Ed Sheeran and accidentally put my email in wrong- was so stressed because it’s a concert the next day and its a weekend so was so worried I wouldn’t be able to access my tickets. I emailed and the wonderful Gemma emailed me back straight away and sorted it! Thanks so much Gemma absolute star!
We recently attended the Ludovico Einaudi concert at Edinburgh Castle, and while the music was as breathtaking as expected, our experience was significantly diminished by poor ticketing transparency and a lack of support. We paid £62.50 each for Block 14, Row CC, Seats 23–25. Despite being told after the fact that these were "not classified as restricted view," our line of sight was severely limited. From our seats, we could only see half the musicians and Ludovico himself. We had no view whatsoever of the animated visuals that clearly formed part of the show’s atmosphere, a major loss for an immersive experience. We also spent over two hours squinting into direct sunlight, including during much of Ludovico’s set. Sunglasses weren’t enough, we were shielding our faces and straining to see. The large video screens, which might have helped, were out of sync with the audio, making them more distracting than useful. We missed the support act due to long queues at the entrance and were further frustrated by the long delay between Sam Lee and Ludovico. Though the venue layout may be challenging, we were not warned to expect such disruptions. Nor were we informed that people would be allowed in well after the show had started, causing entire rows to stand mid-performance. I raised these concerns with the ticket seller and was told that because the seats technically had a “clear line of sight to the principal artist,” they were not considered restricted view. This is misleading. A technicality like that doesn’t reflect the actual viewing experience. I was also told that the seats were among the “second lowest priced options” but £62.50 is still a considerable amount for seats that failed to deliver a full view or comfort. Pricing tiers don’t excuse poor visibility or a diminished experience. Other audience members near us were moved or left altogether, but staff were not accessible once the main set had begun, so we didn’t want to further disrupt those around us by seeking help. In short, the ticketing process did not accurately reflect the quality of the seats or the experience they would provide. I strongly advise future attendees to research seating blocks in detail and to be cautious when booking through this seller. At this level and price point, audiences deserve clarity, fairness, and support, not just technicalities after the fact.
Service from Gemma at Gigantic today was amazing! I was unable to access my Ginatic app and unable to reset my password due to an Outlook outage and so couldn't access my tickets. I was worried it was going to be so difficult to sort in time for the gig but Gemma was quick to respond and sorted everything so easily, thank you!
