Terrible service.
£257 on a festival ticket and absolutely zero contact available by phone or response to many several emails.
Tickets not arrived. Nor can I get any reply.
Will be filing with the credit card company soon. Will never use this company ever again

I had never order concert tickets before and although it was very straight forward with Gigantic I was very concerned when I would get my tickets as it was getting very close to the date of the concert
So I emailed my concern
Didn't wait long for a reply from AMY
She assured me that they would be delivered into my Gigantic app within a few days
A few hours later she emailed me to say they can now be downloaded in the app

Easy booking experience but the cost of booking was way in excess of any other site I have used to date. £9.88 booking fee, PLUS an e-ticket fee, PLUS a transaction fee. Not sure how this can be justified.
I had an issue with one of my bookings and the team resolved it very promptly. Amy was very helpful and sorted it out without any delay. Will definitely be coming back to Gigantic! I've had issues in the past with providers not being accommodating to to concert goers with accessible needs, however, Gigantic were great.
