Fantastic service. Refunded our concert tickets without hesitation. I did have the refund option but still it was hassle free . Definitely will use them again, thank you Gigantic tickets .

Tried several calls to customer service and the number just redirects you and is unusable, everything is able to be changed but email addresses which I find ridiculous. If they see this I would appreciate a reply as this has been made under my mother's name and not my own. Will update if anything happens

I had lost my ticket confirmation email and therefore my tickets, and hadn't set up an account. They sorted me out within 1 working day. Great service

I live in Denmark, but bought tickets for Sam Fender at St James Park as well as 'Refund Insurance', turns out I can't get over there anymore, but apparently you have to give documented evidence of illness, travel disruption etc or they won't refund - they don't even have a resale service available like other ticketing sites - really poor service, but they don't care.

Book 3 concert tickets and paid £251.05, show is end of this month. then there's a last minute venue change. was auto reallocated new seats which is in a terrible location at new venue. contact customer service and they said nothing they can do. asked for refund. they told me I'm only getting £211 back not full amount owned. I paid extra for a refund insurance at £11.25, so was expecting £239.80 but there not paying me the £27.30 booking fee. they made for not delivering anything. scam.

What an idiot. I was excited and booked Sheffield VIP. For Howard Jones ..wait. !!!! Email confirmed booking for Howard Jones but venue Bath. Booked wrong venue , what an idiot. Emailed and asked for help. They were amazing and having spent serious money on VIP they have sorted and I am now booked on Front Row in Sheffield. The team were amazing. Shout out to Amy Davis. Xx ♥️

Tried calling the customer service line - no answer all day - Gigantic moved SMTown to O2 and moved our seats to an unacceptable position completely, My daughter cannot sit at high level and we have been reallocated seats on a high level - can’t make contact with them. Emailed and have received no response. Absolutely dreadful experience.

I had to contact them as a couple of my tickets hadn't come through the post at that time. Holly Taylor-Gamble was able to offer an alternative option for collecting the tickets so I wouldn't miss out.

I had queries over Sam Fender tickets and contacted Gigantic, spoke to Holly Taylor-Gamble who has been brilliant, she explained about a new app and always came back to me quick via email with an answer to my questions, a true credit.

Had a general query about my Stereophonics tickets and had an extremely quick and helpful response with guidance on what to do if I couldn't access my tickets on the day. Holly was very helpful and patient with me when I went back with a further question! Very grateful!

I booked 2 tickets for the expo House of Kong of Gorrillaz and by mistake I put my wrong email address in the confirmation email. Buying a ticket in time, also gave me presale access to 4 concerts that same weekend of Gorillaz and the time left to fix it was only 2 days before the presale was on... Coming from Antwerp, Belgium to see my favorite band perform live in concert in London, I was very stressed I could not get that link via the correct email address in time and I could not change it by myself through my personal account. Amy Davis who works at customer services for Gigantic fixed it in no time and was so kind to inform me about everything so I could get the confirmation from Holly Taylor-Gamble. And last but not least the presale access code within that short amount of time... I was able to get into the presale and I am going to see Gorillaz perform Gorillaz - their first album - live on friday 29th of August at Copper Box! WooooohooooooW! Amy & Holly & Gigantic made my day yesterday! Thank You So Much :-)

Fantastic customer service from Amy Davis in customer service and will always buy with faith from these. Thankfully took out the refund insurance which wasn’t much at all and unfortunately circumstances changed and we were unable to attend the event. Quick refund was issued and quick and personal emails to arrange. So grateful.

Very easy to get a Refund for my ticket as somehow had clicked on the wrong venue. Excellent Customer service from this company , highly recommend using them.

Had a query about my booking which could have gone either way but Gigantic responded very quickly and provided everything I needed. Wasnt just a yes, no or jump through this hoop response. Very helpful..!
