I purchased a few concert tickets for the upcoming Ed Sheeran tour. I had a few issues with my tickets on which needed help on. I spoke to Amy who really helped me all the way through, she’s was brilliant and replies to me as fast as she could. I felt like she made the time to handle my query and very sympathetic towards me. Well organised, great availability and simple checkout process
Tried to purchase Ed Sheeran tickets using Ticketmaster, Eventim and Gigantic. Ticketmaster I was nearly 5000 in queue which took 15 mins to get to front then they only showed me tickets over £120, Eventim had no cheap tickets left then site completely crashed, Gigantic was in queue for under 10 mins and managed to get a cheap ticket. Was then able to go back on site and queue again this time for 5 mins and buy a ticket for another date.
Definitely very impressed with the availability of tickets, speed of the process. I also like that you didn’t have to queue for a certain date like you did Ticketmaster. You could browse all 3 dates once you’re in. Without gigantic I wouldn’t have been able to get any tickets as it was almost impossible from the other 2 sites.
Warning: Gigantic keep your booking fee when an event is cancelled
In the case that an event is cancelled, Gigantic keep the booking fee. Obviously they have running costs, but it is clearly possible for them to arrange pricing so that they return the full amount to disappointed customers in the rare situation where an event is cancelled.
Didn't initially receive confirmation of some tickets I bought, but after a couple of very pleasant and professional emails with a customer service agent (Amy Davis) it was all sorted and I had the tickets in my inbox with minimal real fuss. I wish all customer service was as nice and helpful as this one. Thank you Gigantic

My daughter bought us tickets for the Gorillaz Demon Days show at the Copperbox via Gigantic. This much anticipated outing turned into a Gigantic debacle, when their qr code readers could not scan our tickets. They verified the tix, but STILL denied us entry to this once-in-a-lifetime show until the FINAL two songs. Others were even worse affected as had come from places like Liverpool, Yorkshire and the USA! Management at Gigantic proved to have not a single problem-solving brain cell between them - talk about Demon Days, more like ruined nights! They need to get their act together
Avoid-my two children have come down with a vomiting bug the night before the Gorillaz exhibition. I emailed last night with pictures of said children as you CANNOT get a doctors note for a vomiting bug NO GPS in the uk will accept you on the premises or a hospital for obvious reasons. Do not take out the ticket insurance a complete waste of time and not fit for purpose. I always wondered if this was a scam imo and I now know the answer, absolutely appalling customer service.
