I have emailed their customer service twice and heard nothing back. Also tried phoning the number 01158077900 but just rings out. Need to sort out an issue with Sam Fender tickets for concern in a weeks time and can't get in contact with them!

I had to get in touch with customer support late yesterday, over some tickets, I had ordered last November, for Tyber and Pete's upcoming gig in 8/6/2025 as I couldn't find them. I was overjoyed when today Holly responded today & exceeded my expectations with the original tickets. We shall now go to the Ball 😍. Well done Holly and all the team 😘

I was in need of some help to make a booking in a ticket presale yesterday morning. I sent an email to Gigantic Tickets and within minutes I received a reply from LAURA BOWERS in their Customer Services department. Laura was brilliant. Super friendly and so helpful. She gave me the link I needed and I was able to make a ticket booking straight away. I was very impressed. Brilliant service. Highly recommended!

Had excellent customer service about an issue at a concert venue, customer service agent Amy Davis and a gentleman by the name of Peter have been great at sorting the issue out without any problems & promptly,I am very satisfied with their help

Total rip off of a company. Purchased tickets for my Daughter to see a band - the website states OVER 14s only. Since found out that under 18 need an adult. I've questioned this with the venue and these and miraculously the extra terms & conditions that stated "no football attire last night, now has the extra bit of under 18s need an adult" Highly convenient. Yet on the purchase page it still shows over 14s only I've looked at other venues and all their age policies are alot clearer as in as you click number of tickets it states under 16s need an adult or over 18s only. Total con artists!

Excellent customer service from Holly, panicked when I realised my name would be on the tickets I bought my daughter to go and see Sam Fender, contacted Gigantic who emailed me straight back to let me know that once the tickets where available i would be able to transfer them and that full instructions would be emailed over.

My Girlfriend tried to order tickets, with her account, it wouldn't let her even though she had her password wrote down. Then she tried resetting her password which she did. It then said this account is already in use. In the end I had to create an account myself so we could get tickets. Why was it so difficult?

My request to collect 'physical' tickets was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction.

I need accessible seating and a companion to attend shows and Gigantic made it easy to book these tickets. I spoke with Amy Davis over email to sort out my companion tickets and it was sorted quickly and easily. Thanks!

Although I wasn’t involved in the original booking, I was the reason we needed to cancel—due to an unexpected surgery. I reached out to Gigantic’s customer service and was absolutely blown away by the response. Amy Davis got back to me the same day and authorised a refund without any hassle. It’s a bittersweet situation—having to cancel an event we were really looking forward to—but Amy’s kindness and efficiency made it so much more bearable. Her support turned a stressful moment into a reminder that great customer service still exists. Thank you, Amy, and thank you Gigantic!

I bought presale tickets for Gorillaz at the Copperbox Arena. The arena has dynamic seating and as an accessible customer I have specific requirements in terms of where I can be. I bought a ticket for myself and requested a companion seat but was unsure if my choice was suitable. I emailed customer services and the Customer Service Manager (Amy Davis) kindly investigated. Amy managed to move my seats so that my access needs were met and it all happened very quickly and smoothly. The support was first rate.

I had made a mistake with my booking and accidentally purchased accessible seated tickets to the very in high demand Gorrilaz - Plastic Beach Live in London. I was contacted by Amy from customer services and informed I had to rebook my ticket. Amy helped me complete my booking with quick response time & shared compassion for my mistake, can’t thank her & the team enough.

We had bought early bird tickets for Steelhouse festival last year (usually this is through Gigantic), so when we checked the Gigantic site, they weren't there, so thinking we mustn't have booked them afterall, booked a further 2. Steelhouse came back to us the next day to advise the tickets we had ordered last year were through themselves direct, so we would need to speak to Gigantic for a refund. Holly was extremely helpful and has provided us with refund the next day, which is great customer service, given that strictly speaking it was our mistake Thanks Holly

Sometimes, when trying to book the right tickets for events, especially when it’s not straightforward like accessibility, it makes such a difference when it is handled by someone who is not only professional and polite, but also empathic and understanding. My experience of booking a Call of the Wild accessible ticket plus incorporating a carers ticket was made so much easier, following initial problems, by the wonderful Gemma Treece. I’m so grateful of the time and patience she afforded me and I’d like this to be recognised for her sterling work. Well done indeed 🥰🤘🏻

I had standing tickets for Youth Lagoon at Islington, but had hurt my back a few days prior. Dropped Gigantic a line to see if they could swap me for a balcony seat and within a few hours, Holly had replied with the new tickets attached... Superstar!

I ran into a small bug relating to wrong dates on the app - within a half a day, the customer services assistant had reached out and walked me through how to sort it. I was actually surprised at how fast and efficient the fix was! Thanks for the reliable, personable experience, Gemma Treece! :)

The best customer service experience of any ticket provider I've used. I'd booked standing tickets for a Sam Fender gig at St. James' Park. Unfortunately, I ruptured my Achilles the week before (there goes my hopes of an international call-up at 43 years old). I emailed Gigantic to see about the possibility of swapping tickets. A day later, Customer Service Manager Amy Davis called me, arranged a link for me to order seated tickets and refunded my standing tickets. This was all done in the space of an hour, despite her being flooded with enquiries. How brilliant is that? She saved the gig for me. Companies should study this as example of how to look after your customers. I'll happily use Gigantic for every event.
