Still waiting on tickets from this firm for the start of july which where paid for last year. Gigantic has left me stranded outside gigs twice now once in Leeds once liverpool and now it looks like they will do it in Manchester too they are the worst ticket seller I have ever used no wonder they make it so hard to contact them they are an absolute joke i sadly didn't realise it was these I booked through until too late

Had a query and contacted customer support - had a very helpful communication with Gemma. She was a great help and sorted my issue. Very impressed.
Excellent customer service with Amy D - their response time was brilliant and quickly sorted our issue. Even when I discovered I had booked for the wrong day and asked for some more help - nothing was too much trouble and even my refund was swiftly processed. Definitely will book with Gigantic again! Brilliant customer service - and that doesn’t happen that often ❤️
Their 'safety net' refund plan is a complete con. They talk about paying for this to get over life's little 'hiccups' that prevent you going to a gig, but in actual fact it is marketing BS and you will not get a refund unless you have a doctors note. Really mis-leading, trading standards should get involved. Don't bother paying for the refund plan, they will not refund your tickets and keep the money you paid for the refund plan
Amy Customer Service manager very helpful and kind refunded ticket for Ed Sheeran excellent commmunication, good service, polite and courteous, helpful and understanding.
I contacted Gigantic for clarification on a matter and they responded in under an hour. They reassured me regarding my issue and really helped put my mind at ease. I'd like to highlight Holly Taylor-Gamble who helped me today.
I had to unfortunately cancel a gig due to my son being unable to attend. I had purchased ticked protection for a few euro and my request for a refund was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Amy I believe was the name of the person that handled my enquiry. Trustworthy and professional company.
I had deleted my e-tickets from my email by mistake. Amy Davis was fantastic, very quick response and resolved the problem straight away. Thanks so much for your help.
The industry as a whole needs changing , just one big rip off. Fees, Fees Fees Fees ! Why does EACH ticket have a charge on it ? then OTT postal charge , It does NOT cost £2:50 to mail tickets. Just a rip off. In future get tickets at the venue
After booking and paying for Suzanne Vega tickets earlier in month I realised I had no confirmation email! Panic set in... I was having a meltdown!!! Over the weekend I found an email for Gigantic so wrote explaining my predicament. Had a very reassuring reply today from AMY. An incorrect email was the reason and its all sorted now( undoubtedly my fault I admit🫢) Feeling totally reassured by the reply from Amy.... thanks 🙏🏻
Great customer service - a refreshing change. I needed some amendments to tickets I have purchased. I dealt with Holly Taylor Gamble and she was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. All sorted with a quick call and email. Even the phone lines were simple and no long queues. Highly recommend.

I am totally humbled with the kindness given from Gigantic particularly Holly Taylor-Gamble, I thought I had missed out on a concert I would have really liked to see. Unfortunately there wasn't two seats together and being someone with a disability I needed to be accompanied with my carer. I contacted Gigantic as there were seats that were back to back and asked if it was possible to book these tickets. I got a really quick response, Holly was so helpful and kindly offered to arrange for me tickets together so me and my carer could sit next to me. I purchased a single ticket, sent Holly the order number and proof of my disability and within minutes of doing so Holly had it all sorted for me. I wish all companies showed so much compassion, it would make life so much easier for people that require assistance to enjoy their experience for things that are sometimes impossible.....thank you so much Holly, you're a credit to Gigantic ❤️
I’m registered blind and I find websites almost impossible to use? But this website was easy, quick and I got Ed Sheeran tickets! Epic! I’m entitled to a carer to come with me? I contacted Customer Service which again was easy!!! Gigantic gave me clear instructions of what to do and how to get my free ticket? They responded so quickly and refunded the ticket the same day! There was a phone number as well and a named person to “talk to”. Very impressed and I’m not a tec person!!! I’d recommend this service to anyone. Thanks.
The event got rescheduled to a new date that I could not make. I was expecting a difficult process in claiming a refund but Gigantic, in the form of Holly Taylor-Gamble, sorted it out in about 10 minutes! I was very impressed.
