I’d recommend this service to anyone!
I’m registered blind and I find websites almost impossible to use? But this website was easy, quick and I got Ed Sheeran tickets! Epic! I’m entitled to a carer to come with me? I contacted Customer Service which again was easy!!! Gigantic gave me clear instructions of what to do and how to get my free ticket? They responded so quickly and refunded the ticket the same day! There was a phone number as well and a named person to “talk to”. Very impressed and I’m not a tec person!!! I’d recommend this service to anyone. Thanks.
