I am totally humbled with the kindness…
I am totally humbled with the kindness given from Gigantic particularly Holly Taylor-Gamble, I thought I had missed out on a concert I would have really liked to see. Unfortunately there wasn't two seats together and being someone with a disability I needed to be accompanied with my carer. I contacted Gigantic as there were seats that were back to back and asked if it was possible to book these tickets. I got a really quick response, Holly was so helpful and kindly offered to arrange for me tickets together so me and my carer could sit next to me. I purchased a single ticket, sent Holly the order number and proof of my disability and within minutes of doing so Holly had it all sorted for me. I wish all companies showed so much compassion, it would make life so much easier for people that require assistance to enjoy their experience for things that are sometimes impossible.....thank you so much Holly, you're a credit to Gigantic ❤️
