Their 'safety net' refund plan is a complete con. They talk about paying for this to get over life's little 'hiccups' that prevent you going to a gig, but in actual fact it is marketing BS and you will not get a refund unless you have a doctors note. Really mis-leading, trading standards should get involved. Don't bother paying for the refund plan, they will not refund your tickets and keep the money you paid for the refund plan
