Bittersweet - thank you Amy
Although I wasn’t involved in the original booking, I was the reason we needed to cancel—due to an unexpected surgery. I reached out to Gigantic’s customer service and was absolutely blown away by the response. Amy Davis got back to me the same day and authorised a refund without any hassle. It’s a bittersweet situation—having to cancel an event we were really looking forward to—but Amy’s kindness and efficiency made it so much more bearable.
