Outstanding customer service
The best customer service experience of any ticket provider I've used. I'd booked standing tickets for a Sam Fender gig at St. James' Park. Unfortunately, I ruptured my Achilles the week before (there goes my hopes of an international call-up at 43 years old). I emailed Gigantic to see about the possibility of swapping tickets. A day later, Customer Service Manager Amy Davis called me, arranged a link for me to order seated tickets and refunded my standing tickets. This was all done in the space of an hour, despite her being flooded with enquiries. How brilliant is that? She saved the gig for me. Companies should study this as example of how to look after your customers. I'll happily use Gigantic for every event.
