Whole product is a scam

I signed up for their app on Apple's app store where Freeletics says twice that they have a 14 day money back guarantee. I was expecting a tailored workout experience based on what their marketing promised, but instead got a blanket workout program that I had to pick and choose myself. I didn't think it was worth the money, so I requested a refund within the 14 days, which was denied. Freeletics says they don't control Apple billing - so why offer the money back guarantee if you can't actually follow up on your promises? I get better workouts from YouTube videos that I choose
