AVOID giving this company your money - go with a better option!
Customer service at Freeletics is APPALLING. I have been CHARGED REPEATEDLY after canceling my subscription. Charges I didn't notice because I had moved abroad and the account being charged was essentially inactive. The service rep, Nick, has refused to acknowledge the situation and only responds with a scripted response referring to their renewal T&Cs - which clearly are irrelevant seeing as I CANCELLED my subscription (f**** me if I'm wrong here but I'm pretty certain that canceling means I have actively terminated any contract and future charges). My request for the matter to be passed on to a manager has also been totally IGNORED. There are plenty of fitness apps out there now, I highly recommend that you AVOID FREELETICS' disregard for their customers and choose a provider that actually gives a sh**.
